The Pendle Dalesman Hauled by Class 47 Diesel No 47746

The Pendle Dalesman on 8th August 2023 was originally hauled by LMS Stanier Class 5 no 44932. Unfortunately, this engine developed a fault on the return leg, so the final section from Hellifield to Preston/Lancaster was hauled by West Coast Railways' Class 47 diesel no 47746 "Chris Fudge".
