I think if you watch this channel regularly you should be able to crack jokes about it. This channel targets people equally and yet it doesn't go too far with the humor like some channels. We gets jokes about people getting knocked out or hurt badly so this is fair. At this point losing this 2at should be a wake up call that she needs to at least get to a better weight even if she still is a bit fat. This size is way too unhealthy.
