Think about Aimee Mann's "The forgotten arm". As a musician, I can see the connection. Fighting for your life. And so much more.

Man, that look on Raine's face when he brought up Gravity! I think the biggest problem with post spiritual machines OLP is that Raine doesn't want to be the band that the rest of the band wants to be, just listen to his solo stuff, it's leagues ahead of anything Our Lady Peace has done since SM

Crazy how some bands crave success an wen it comes they hate that period or album!! I personally think gravity is by far there best album! I saw them on that tour in uk on the gravity tour an it was magic!

Smashing pumpkins of Canada. Hate the actual records people liked and continue to put out garbage 20 years later.

Great band, love their tunes, But.......I HATE Raines' singing voice. He's obviously a talented/intelligent person. There's something about it that really makes me just turn off. I guess it's like those who despise Led Zeppelin

every person is different. it is perfectly fine to hate somebody else' voice because that is simply what your own reaction to the sound of it.
an interview with john frusciante talks about this in length and his frustrations about this and how it's blinding people about it.
