I like how the cop says they're being allowed to film. You can film all you want, you don't need a cops permission. And soon as there is a video that they cannot edit or destroy their whole attitude changes, and that is a good reason why you should always film the police

@@badge203 I did not realize I needed to have some sort of education to give my opinion about a video I saw. what education do you recommend? How are the people filming police activity fraudulent? I know there are a lot of good cops out there. But there are some that should not be carrying a gun and badge. If you can’t see that I don’t know what to tell you.

@@badge203 you are splitting hairs here because you have no argument at all. Again, what education do I need? How many times do I have to ask you? And what fraud was committed by filming the police officers? Why don’t you answer those questions instead of skirting the subject. the difference between a statement and an opinion what does that matter? Do you know what the bill of rights is? It’s the first 10 amendments to the constitution. the number one amendment being freedom of speech. cops do not like this, they think they own the public and therefore the public needs to do whatever they are ordered to do when they are ordered to do it regardless if they are committing a crime or not.

I'm not positive, but I think Arizona led the way in passing laws that make it more difficult to film the police. Make no mistake. More states will follow. They HATE that people can tape them. I've seen cops go so far as to blast copyrighted music to prevent people from being able to post the video.

That cop came ready, to do violence on this couple. He had his black “violence gloves”on, ready action. He had his pepper spray, glass breakers and was hunting for approval by his fellow cop. Thank goodness the Sergeant showed up, with de-escalation skills, patience to actually talk to the man and got him to exit the truck with NO violence. This cop was totally disappointed he couldn’t do violence to these people. Yes, he definitely set his narrative talking to the medical EMTs. In my humble opinion, he is very dangerous. When the cameras showed up, he acted better. Keep exposing tyranny wherever you find it.

@babskaz74 Same here. Christmas 2008. My cousin and I were at a party and he ended up having seizures so I called 911. I didn't want the cops to show up to the party so I told them to meet me at the gate of the apartment complex, they were pretty adamant about getting the apartment number but I just insisted they go to the gate, and I hung up. I carried my cousin out to the gate, laid him on the ground, and waited for the cops/paramedics to arrive. While medics were loading my cousin into the ambulance the cops were asking me a bunch of questions about where we were at, where did we come from, blah blah blah and I just kept telling them "I'm not answering any of your questions" and after about the 6th time of going through the same circle I got frustrated, raised my voice and said "I AM NOT ANSWERING ANY OF YOUR F***ING QUESTIONS, WHY DON'T YOU STOP WORRING ABOUT ME AND FOCUS ON THE GUY THATS DYING OVER THERE!?" Which apparently gave them the right to dip me face first into the concrete. 4 cops jumped on me, dropped knees to my back, legs, and neck all while yelling "STOP RESISTING!" The next day when I got released I had 5 misdemeanors, 4 counts of resisting and they slapped a drunk in public on there to justify the unlawful arrest. Before this evening my gut feeling about police was not favorable but I did not have a way to articulate why, but after this event and now having access to all of these channels showing the reality of what we are up against, it is not so difficult to articulate anymore.

Yet another example of highway robbery. I can't believe the officer thought it was a meth straw so he took a suck.
As we see, an illegal search, and they were towing the vehicle no matter what. That's why they arrest you for a ticket offence. Then they get to search your vehicle - note no writing down the "inventory". So just a search, and they hope after bail you can't afford to buy your car back so they sell the car, the trailer, and everything on the trailer.
    Literally highway robbery.

"You're going to get a ticket for criminal speeding". "That's the reason for the arrest is for not exiting the vehicle". Did I hear that right? Pretty sure I heard that correct, and if that's his purpose for all of this, it sure seems like they should have issued a citation and been done. Unless by "criminal speeding" the implication being she was driving 100 MPH in a one lane where traffic would never allow it?????? I'm sort of lost here. And even then, the guy says plainly that the reason for the arrest isn't the speeding violation, but for not getting out, which seemed absolutely pointless and unnecessary to begin with.
Let's think about it. The road is closed to one single lane, forcing all traffic right up next to the stop, and you want to remove the driver and passengers, for what? Seriously, did I miss something here? I have to have missed something.
