As a nurse who worked in critical care areas for decades, I am deeply moved by Jeremy Renner’s demonstration of gratitude to the healthcare workers who saved his life. He is a class act. First responders, emergency department staff, ICU nurses and physical therapists-we didn’t get into our lines of work to get thanks or recognition. Still, it’s very nice when appreciation is expressed.
I want to thank you and all nurses for the work you do. You are truly appreciated.
My exact thoughts, a “class act.” ❤
I'm no big time celebrity, just an old guy who, a few years ago, had open heart surgery. (Mitral valve replacement). Sometime during my second night in ICU, my old motor just decided to stop running. It was a few days later that my daughter explained to me what had happened, and the efforts made by my nurses and my doc. to get me kick started again. After my eventual release from the hospital, I bought a small bouquet of flowers for each nurse on the cardio floor, delivered, and handed them to each nurse. I was struck by how they just looked at their jobs as, "just what we do". No, it's so much more than "just what they, and you, "do". God bless you all.
@@rkf2746As a retired RN (orthopedic surgery for 20 years, general surgery and vascular surgery for 20) I want to say thank you for your kindness. I know from speaking to my patients that you all are amazed that most of us see our work as "just what we do", but that is what we think and how we feel. Our greatest reward is watching you guys recover, go home and continue to live another 20 or 30 or 40 years, and to live it fully. It really is why we do it. And none of us are heroes. We just know it has to be done, and we are willing to do it.

SPOT ON & HOPE FOR A. FULL RECOVERY , *** WAITING FOR HIS ARRIVAL AT -----------
*** " THE BURGH " & BACK TO FILMING , WAY TO GO **** A L L INVOLVED WITH HIS ACCIDENT & RECOVERY !!!!!!
It really was a miracle he is up and walking and was able to survive intact.
A miracle of God that he refuses to acknowledge since he's an atheist. Next time he might not be spared
There are three factors that ultimately helped Renner actually survive long enough to actually get treatment to save his life: 1) his age, since he was only in his early 50s; 2) his physical conditioning and fitness due to playing Hawkeye; and 3) most importantly, his neigbour was a doctor and knew EXACTLY what to do - without panic - until help arrived. Renner is in that 1% that somehow had all three factors in his favour - because 99% don't survive this.
Actually actually? Do you actually MEAN it???
Um…MOST people AREN’T stupid enough to MOW over themselves, let alone with a snow groomer!!!
His access to good health insurance was also key.
@@traybernthat's why it's called an "accident". Since nobody would do it on purpose. Unless the person in question is suicidal or mentally challenged which he isn't. So what's your point?
@@MegaMerdeux NOBODY said it WASN’T an accident, DUMBA$$. It was STILL the result of UTTER STUPIDITY!!
Broke 30 bones. I can't even imagine the pain he endured. He is so lucky his spine or back wasn't involved to cause a quadriplegic outcome.
I agree! Honestly, I didn't even know who he was when this happened since I'm not a movie fan. But now I have ultimate admiration and respect for him, the first responders and medical staff!
well well welll ...he is Hawkeye so its nothing for him
Super fast healing he has with the help of performance enhancers growth halmone testosterone igf-1 injections stem cell treatment
TBH I think most of those were ribs, it makes it sound more dramatic though for the media. I'm not trivialising his injuries though, he went through the mixer good and proper and is very lucky to be alive.
@@nickmaclachlan5178 with the help of something something that take buy injection and pills
I am certain he would want everyone reminded that the snow-moving equipment was his own and not run by anyone else. It was a freak accident and no one's fault. He's an amazing guy for sure!
Hopefully he learned a lesson...Just because you might be able to, if you're well off PAY A PRO to do that kind of stuff...

This is a sweet act. I am certain he is extremely grateful. Good work, hospital staff!
Wow, look at his recovery!
Thank everyone for a wonderful recovery to a wonderful individual
Absolutely love Jeremy Renner❤
Class act. Humble and human.
He settled the debate once and for all. HE IS THE STRONGEST AVENGER!
The hospital staff looked so happy to see Mr. Renner walking. I've seen smiles like that. My daughter was 2-1/2 months early, being born when I was 6-1/2 months pregnant. She was only in the NICU for 2 weeks but came home at 4 pounds, 17 inches. Instead of a birthday party when she turned 1, we took a teddy bear cake to the NICU to thank them. Three of the nurses who took care of her were there. They got so excited when she walked out of the elevator!
Super fast healing he has with the help of performance enhancers growth halmone testosterone igf-1 injections stem cell treatment
Mine too. He was born at 31 weeks. The NICU was in the Rosie Maternity Hospital, in Cambridge, England. They saved his life. Now? He is 29 years old. He is 6’1”, and in the military. He didn’t lag behind, and wasn’t smaller than the other kids, like they said he might be. He weighed 5lb when I had him. They’re amazing people, and I keep them in my prayers ❤
The staff deserves most ofcthe credit, but how about Jeremy Renner? The guy's a fighter who didn’t give up. He's a pretty tough guy.
What do u expect? Hes a hawkeye
I want more news stories like this and I bet millions of others do to. People who do good works, help other people, show gratitude, work hard being in service to others. I and millions of others want better balanced news! There are more good people than bad, more positive in the world than negative, and the news channels have a great responsibility to present the world as it is, not use old groups of news content from the police department or mortuaries or negative sourced. This was a wonderful story. WE WANT MORE!
Amen to this!
These are the type of scenarios that don't get their deserved attention. The fact he took the time to go there and show his appreciation was great. There are many who would have literally phoned it in (maybe) and called it a day.
Instead he phones in the media to make sure cameras are there. Funny how that happens isnt it.
@@djtonylee That's what happens when your agent is involved, I guess.
As a nurse, I know how heartwarming it is to reconnect with our patients. ❤️
Jeremy is so humble and down to earth. That he went back to thank the staff does not suprise me. He is a class act. ❤
Good job you guys.....you all rock!!
So Happy to see him be able to go back to that hospital & thank all those in the healthcare industry, also to the 1st responders who arrived @ the horrible scene of the accident, He is a lucky man!
I am so happy that Jeremy is doing so well I can't believe tomorrow is going to be a year since his Accident he has improved so well
Talented guy. Just watched Wind River again yesterday.
They worked miracles on him!!! He didn't want his nephew to get hurt, so he pushed him out of the way... God Bless Him!! WoW what a determination he has, he is a walking miracle!!!! Best of times now, Jeremy you deserve it... ❤️❤️.. 😌😌😌... 🙏🙏🙏...
As a nurse I understand their gratitude. A previous patient of mine came up to me I was shopping at the mall and told me she will
never forget how well I took care of her.
I like the fact that he came back a year
later, to show his gratitude to the hard workers at the hospital🙏🙏🙏🙏
Jeremy Renner & that hospital staff are the true superheroes. He a class act. 👏 ❤
Looks like he is getting around well. Great recovery.
Aww Jeremy so glad he’s ok & he survived. I can’t even imagine what he went through 🫶 Great gratitude 🥰
The first responders and medical team are truly miracle workers. Hugs to all of them, and to Jeremy, too. He could have given up. He didn't. It took hard work and perseverance on his part, to get where he is today. We've all made mistakes in our lives, but it is how we overcome them and move forward that counts the most. I admire him.
I ❤ when patients come back years later too. It makes me smile and thankful. It also strengthens my faith in God.
Giving thanks ! Humble heart !
Thanks for all the care you give to people every day. ❤
I'm so happy to see he had recovered.... he's a GREAT ACTOR....
Praise Jesus! This truly made my day. I am so happy to see Jeremy doing better and thanking all the healthcare team who helped him. All healthcare workers are truly appreciated and I want to thank you all for the work that you do.
lol why? What did ‘Jesus’ do? Why didn’t Jesus jump in the snowcat and stop it running over him in the first place? Such delusion…
@@jinx6493honestly, just let someone show their appreciation that Jeremy Reiner is doing well. Is it really that hard?
@@jinx6493People like you sound like pathetic little whiners. FYI, your lack of belief doesn't trump @angelasteele7705's belief, and the fact that you seem to think that it does is a 🤏 delusional.
What great First Responders and Hospital staff! Glad to know Jeremy is on the mend is is humble enough to Express his gratitude to those who saved his life and his Mobility
All of his physical training for the Marvel films gave him an advantage to recoup successfully. I can't imagine the pain endured
I think he's been involved in martial arts since even before that, too
A real person. Actually grateful to others .
Jeremy Renner seems like such a nice, real guy.
His gratitude is genuine, it shows.
And things like this is why I love Jeremy Renner so much❤❤❤❤❤
May all the first responders,firefighters,Drs..nurses,Jeremy’s family & friends have the best of the New Year!Jeremy you are a warrior!❤
So happy he was able to recover, he’s such a genuinely good guy and incredibly mentally tough
I met him and his wife and they are real sweethearts

Thank God and all those who helped Jeremy back on his feet again.
Broke more than 30 bones and later walked back in to say thank you…. Superhero!
He had 27 bones in ONE hand so…..
@traybern was it his left hand, by any chance?
SO glad he is doing well. Gratitude for his caregivers is such a great thing to see.
He's a good guy. How wonderful to see him so humble.
Jeremy your amazing! Love your personality and strong character!
He's a class act
It warms my heart to know Jeremy went back to thank those that saved his life. What a nice man, and what a wonderful nursing staff & Dr's. Jeremy is very lucky, indeed.
Amazing is doing so well, brings tears to my eyes. Cheers!
What a gift! Thanks to all medical personnel that perform miracles every day. God bless and best to you and your families in the year ahead. 🙏🏽❤️
Kudos to you Jeremy for recognizing the hard working staff who played a big part of you recovering. Blessing to uou and to all the hospital workers in North America. I am afraid that far too many forget those who work hard in recoveries-everyone from kitchen who makes the meals to cleaners and janitors who ensuire the enviroment is clean and to all the medical staff. It takes a lot of people to help repair us and/or nurse us back from illness . God bless you all 💞💞
Glad he strong and stay positive
holy f***! Great job team! And prayers to JR! 🙏💪💯👍
Happy New Year Jeremy ❤
I knew he was injured badly, but i didn't know it was 30 broken bone bad😧. I'd be that grateful too if a team of doctors and nurses were able to bring me back from that.
AWESOME ❤
It's so miraculous he survived his accident and was able to make a full recovery. He is a real life super hero.
Now that is class! 👏🏼
God Bless you Jeremy Jenner, and God Bless whom ever took care of you. Amen🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️
A wonderful story, and humility from Jeremy to thank this great staff of professional health care providers.
He seems a really nice man I think he injured himself helping others now that’s a role model ❤
What a great feeling that must have been for Jeremy (and the team) to be on the other side of this...
Great job guys!
So happy for him ! Such a wonderful miracle for this sweet guy ❤️
If I may, I'd like to add my gratitude to Mr. Renner's and not only for what they did for him, but for the hard work they do every day. Thank you so much for giving us back Jeremy.
Thank God he survived.
It is nice to give gratitude for people who did to save his life.
😊🙏 Such a Grateful Jeremy Renner indeed ... Going back to the Hospital to Thank the Staff that help saved his life in time of emergency! Many Happy Good Blessings in Return to All the Doctors , Nurses & Staff for saving our dear Jeremy Renner! 🍊🍎🌷🌿🌎💜🕊
Im happy to see Jer up and healthy. Thanks to the folks who saved his life.
I worked with Jeremy's Grandma Ruth back in the early 90's. She was very much loved and respected by so many, including me. RIP Ruth. Loved, but not forgotten.❤❤❤
Jeremy Renner has an very likable authenticity that one can feel in his acting. I'm certain now it's source is a good human being within.
Renner is a changed man. You can just tell.
Good for him.
And he most definitely had to bring a camera team with him to show how fantastically greatful he was.
This dude is one of the coolest and classiest Hollywood people
Can we please give some love to the hospital that saved this amazing mans life thank you to everyone who looked after him and gave us his fans jeremy back to us for that very reason we are forever grateful and indebted to you
I fully understand why he wanted to do this. I spent time in hospital with a life threatening incident and you never realise not only how hard these nurses work but how resilient and caring they are. I watched them turn up everyday with a smile on their faces and sometimes not leave on time because they were still helping people. Even coming in on their days off to help out on other wards! When you think about what they see and have to deal with on a daily basis you wonder how they turn up everyday with a smile.
I did the same thing. After I recovered I went back with baskets of treats and a thank you letter for all those that helped me and whose name will always now be etched in my heart.
SUPER THANKS FOR ALL
He's lucky to recover so well, it'obviously the care he received
So happy to see that he is doing great today and he is so sweet for going back to thank everyone! ❤
Reno ER staff is awesome, my sister had a case of sudden cardiac death in 2008 and they worked on her from loomis Fargo all the way to the ER. She’s now still with us and on her 2nd pacemaker. Very thankful for REMSA
An actor who was humble and put those who cared for him first. Bravo
Exactly Validation !!!...and appreciation for the lives they save and touch...I hope hes well...horrible accident...just horride...God bless!
Thanks God he is back on track! He is a great guy
That was truly awesome. The ER staff nerve get to see what their work actually does for people. They really do like to see your ok. I know this because after I was attacked by a dog I had to go back to the ER to remove my staples. I actually got lucky cu all but one nurse was working that day. Each one came in to see me. They were all very excited to be able to see I was healing. They missed one staple 😂😂😂 even when I had to be flown up to John Hopkins when I went there for the removal of the piece to keep the delicate work they did to my torn off ear. We ran into some of the nursing staff. They even remembered my name too. It’s good for them and you.
Way to go Jeremy 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️
That’s a humble human being
He’s a class act and an amazing father.
I'm so glad hes okay. What a wonderful moment to be able to walk back into the hospital and thank them. I can't imagine what he went through. I'm an EMT. I have been injured and help those have been injured. So I have an understanding of what they were facing to help him. So grateful he's ok ❤ and to amazing medical staff and responders.
Amazing to show gratitude, speaks to his character. And although health care workers do their jobs without expecting it, it is a huge morale boaster to be truly appreciated.
What a remarkable fellow. Im sure he & his family are so graetful for his healing.
Seems truly like a miracle for him.
Amazing.
I knew he'd pull through. He proved me right.
that's what heroes do
Jeremy is cool too
Well done to all the folks who helped him. And kudos to Jeremy also for thanking them like that. I did something similar after I needed emergency abdominal surgery years ago, gave the folks who helped me the best Christmas hamper I could find.
THIS IS WHY I LOVE NURSES&ALL.THEY ARE THE FRONT LINES.THEY'RE JUST LIKES TEACHERS&JANITORATALS PEOPLE.THEY NEVER GETS THE CREDIT THEY DESERVES.WELL DESERVED.I REMEMBER WHEN MY DAD NEEDED SOME HOPITAL CARE.A NURCE GOT HIM IN THE HOPITAL&TOOK CARE OF HIM.
So good to see him looking so well.
So good to see a good guy like Mr. Jeremy Renner up and about.
We love Jeremy Renner and we love Hawkeye.
We damn sure didn't want to lose another of our heroes like we lost Chadwick Boseman. We were all heartbroken.
Grateful God spared Renner/Hawkeye!
So glad he recovered and proud of the folks who chose the medical field that saved his life and those that donated blood.
Hope we see him back on the screen soon
I am amazed by his recovery!!!
Beautiful!!!
The people had the hospital do so much crap people don’t know. They freakin rock.
Amazing recovery!❤
