Looks like the chat was right. This house will be for rent like airbnb ua-cam.com/video/Ny6N3HghSpk/v-deo.html maybe it’ll be neat? No idea the cost structure to make it work. It does spawn questions like who is servicing the tanks, will they be on auto feeders etc? Looks like you might be able to follow the journey on Brian’s channel. It’ll be interesting to see what it’s like after it’s done.
I just wanted to say thank you Cory for helping me through a difficult year. Keeping fish has always been something that has helped me with my general well-being but after my Dad died in February I've struggled a bit and the hobby plus your videos have really helped me so much. I just wanted to let you know because the negativity probably leaves you feeling demotivated sometimes and I wanted to counter that and let you know you're quietly appreciated in ways you can't imagine. I want to preface this comment by saying I am a UA-cam member, I’ve spent probably $1,000 or more at the website, and been a subscriber for years. Hi Cory I am 69 and only have been fish keeping 4 years am definitely a planted tank lover but have been finding it hard to get plant to be sustainable except for one tank that one I had p,anted about a month before adding fish

Did you know Brian Raro from the Reptarium over there by Detroit? He was a great guy. He passed away from pancreatic cancer this year. Was building his big aquariums 10,000 gallon tank
hey Cory missed the stream but I'll try here in your research/experience do you find having separate diodes for 660nm reds or good greens not important as long as the white is high quality? what about lowering blues to reduce Algae?
My house has tile showers an not smooth polished tile, it's like straight out the quarry tile and I hate it. It gets so cold and so rough and u can't add shower shelves because it's so rough and suction cups won't stick... And frameless glass doors so u feel like it will break every time u close it. And the sink is like a bowl that is setting on a counter. So the counter top near the sink is useless..
Hey Cory! I have a question I hope you can answer next week as I watch the show the next day. With an established aquarium. That’s only slightly over stocked. Should you be able to test after a large feeding (say 5mins after, 1h our after and 1 day after ) to see your nitrifying bacteria process the ammonia and nitrite? I ask because I found a random spike after feeding some bloodworms and high protein bug bites, 0.25ammonia 0.5 ppm nitrite 20Ppm nitrate on a 40gal. That was down to half of all readings after an hour, and zero on all including nitrate (planted heavily) the next day! Wondering if this is a good way to check in the future that I haven’t crashed a cycled tank.
I think the UA-cam update must have messed up my notification settings. I'll have to set an alert in my phone to remind me about the live streams. Thank goodness for the replay
All the local stores that sell aquatic plants have algae and/or pest snails so I can pretty much only order online. I haven’t gotten black beard algae yet but if I buy a plant from them I most certainly will. Also Aquarium Co-Op and other good online shops sell plants for cheaper, often even including shipping. I like Etsy sellers because you can message them privately and ask about the potential for pests and algae.
I’m a server in Texas and I make $2.15/hour from the restaurant. The rest is tips. Don’t even get a paycheck because what little there is goes to taxes, and always owe more money at the end of the year. Yeah, what I also don't like. In the tip culture, where they aren't reported as much. It doesn't feed into social security and other benefits. So if you hold a tip based job for a long time, at the very end, it may be more difficult without the typical support that is there at retirement.

On the topic of 'enjoyment' from hours of shorts vs the work of cleaning your tank. Sure it may be more dopamine hits for the shorts, but you just feel 'gross' after. I don't know how else to describe it. The tank cleanout is satisfying after the fact, the shorts are not.
I just bought medium and tall plants from you for the first time on December 2. I have a lot of anubias in my 20 gallon and also 1 red plant that was a medium size all of them slowly shrunk to be really small and not doing anything and has green algea on them. Bought plants from you hoping it will fix the problem I am have . cause of me thinking my light is to bright for what I already have and will ad more shade for the anubias. I hope it works out. Any suggestions. I have 3 small guppies 3 otos and 3rabbits snails and plan on getting another betta oh and4 nerite snails

Wanna see a weird neighborhood, in Sarasota Florida, on Siesta key, there's a whole subdivision built by Frank Lloyd Wright... went to school with a local circuit judges son and hung out/partied in one of those Frank Lloyd Wright creations while in high school, many years ago... Yeah, what I also don't like. In the tip culture, where they aren't reported as much. It doesn't feed into social security and other benefits. So if you hold a tip based job for a long time, at the very end, it may be more difficult without the typical support that is there at retirement.
2 in 1 livestream, first half about aquarium plants, second half about interior design, so clutch 😁
Thank you Cory for always giving us more than we deserve
i realy love watching your live stream. Also i got a free membeship at one od them. which was great i milked it and watched all the members stuff. Thanks for the feedback. Definitely was a long one. Sometimes I"m in the mood to go long. Not sure it's better, just sometimes I don't want the hanging out vibe to end.
Hmm, block glass windows. Looks like a fire trap.
that house was extremely nice for the price!! especially in todays market sheeesh
That house looks like something I would've built in the SIMS.
Loved the house tour. Part joke part like damn I kinda want that. Lol.
Thats kinda how I am too. On one hand... meh.. On the other.... so much fish possibilities.
Corey Your Wife Is Not A Trip . SHE'S A JOURNEY ! ! ! LOLLLLLLL 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
I dislike interacting with people, always have according to my mom. I buy in person most of the time Because I like to see in person what I'm getting. But I try to do as much research as possible so I don't have to talk to people when I go. Idk why I'm this way it's ridiculous.
Noticed no railings on any of the stairs
Id bet theirs a tv in the attic too 😂😂
Wanna see a weird neighborhood, in Sarasota Florida, on Siesta key, there's a whole subdivision built by Frank Lloyd Wright... went to school with a local circuit judges son and hung out/partied in one of those Frank Lloyd Wright creations while in high school, many years ago... They are VERY cool homes... he liked angles too... Keep up your awesomeness...! Ps...I think it's a down draft hood for the stove... they pop up and utilize a fan to pull the smoke/ steam downward...
Hmm, didn't know a down draft hood was a thing. learn something new every day.
@@AquariumCoop the wealth disparity is vast here in Sarasota so I've seen a lot of cool stuff around town...! They are very popular on kitchen islands...!thanks
If they bring back mossballs would it be good to put in a tank with mbuna cichlid
I'm not sure I've tried that. Might work, but I could see a rogue mbuna just snackin on it.
Here in England, for what you pay for 4 to go to the cinema, you can pay for all the streaming platforms for 4 months and have endless content
😂😂😂😂😂Nonstop during the epic house tour.
where do you buy large aquariums? I want a 150 but PetSmart doesn't sell them by themselves, you have to buy the tank and stand ensemble
A local fish store can order up to 300 gallons typically. Larger then that it's custom builds. I'd probably get one from custom aquariums currently if I was ordering a larger one.
Sir How many (4inch size) angel fish stay in 36*18*18 tank
My first job in the nineties, I was bus boy making 3.75... waitresses 1.40 per hour...! Always thought that was CRAZY...!
I'm in these comments so that more people see aquarium coop.
Thank you, this really does help.
That Netflix (or similar) in theaters could be a great idea. Charge $2 to get in and make money off concessions.
Man biscuits and gravy is my joint. When it gets bad it's bad.
I don't understand. How can you stay in business if you're losing money on shipping?
Brian Barcyzk done a vlog on that house that he'd just bought. He seemed happy enough at least 😂
Iv had a tank a year now, the last 3 months iv had a hard hit of black beard alge. My tank looked amazing, now its dark and gloomy. Help
This is the funniest thing I've ever seen. I see a you tube channel with nothing but weird house 3d tours. Just a suggestion
