Amazing Race | Paediatrics HRPB 2020

Referred by department of Paediatrics, Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh for enhancement of team building @ 0700H, 7/3/2020.

and myself (Ivan Tan).
Upon arrival, department members noted to have good vocal tone, good team spirit and good team effort. Ice breaking was initiated for 20 minutes (3 cycles). However, department members still having persistent high energy level. Decision made for treasure hunt x 8 locations.
Throughout the process, department members noted to have excellent communication and displayed amazing leadership skills with occasional laughter. SpO2 100% under open air, HR persistent tachycardic, RR 40 tachypnic. Decided to administer fresh oxygen throughout treasure hunt.
Post treasure hunt, department members managed to have fun and realized that the treasure is actually not out there, but in here.. in everyone. Upon examination, minds clear, no murmur in between, but legs already soft and tender.
Plan:
1. Allow discharge to Restoran Zaitun for post-event celebration and meals.
2. Upload photos 4 hourly to Instagram and Facebook.
3. Top up with videos taken throughout the event.
4. Watch out for signs and symptoms of missing this fun event (persistent flashback, viewing photos regularly, poor concentration at work)
5. Declare the day after the event as a public holiday (D/W Dr Jeya)
