So avg kg of piglets after 45-50 days would be?
One piglet cost 5500 so buying in kg or 5500 is cheaper?
Very interesting m also a vfa trained student and want to visit your farm and as I also planing to establish a small farm in our place.can you please provide your location
Mine it's 550 per kg
@@niepukense3204 how much it will cost for rearing stage?
Recently i bought 6 piglets from your farm. The piglets are very healthy and strong.
The cost of the piglets from your farm and the local piglets are far apart. The local piglets even after 3 months old weight around only 4 kg average which cost around 5k to 6k whereas the farm vaccinated piglets cost 800 rs per kg which is more safe and reasonable 👍
We wish and expect regular updates of your farm🙏
Thank you and wish your team a successful journey 🎉
I also want to but from him. What was cost of 6 piglets?
we need thousand more piggery in Nagaland.why depend on import and why not export....on import we dont know what they are feeding chemicals.Nagaland has to stop being a consumer state but a producer state.
It's costly ... everything cost too much... farming may look cheap but it's time consuming and expensive
Are they free from Taxation?
@@chinikikz8185 tell me one place in this world where there is no tax?
@@patriot4n875 it's not about telling you where there is place free of tax but i believe people want to flourish doing business but cos of tax they're stopping.
Heard some few stories of friends who opened a Shop and within a week tax demand came more than the security amount that has to be paid
@@patriot4n875 this is not about telling you the place but i hope you can see how it is going on.
Heard a story from a friend about his relatives who happened to open a shop and a demand of tax came more than the security amount the shop Owner has to pay. So i am just curious to know that.
I don't mean to offend anyone but this is what we the Nagas are facing
Such a educational Video for people with interest of starting their very own piggery Farm.
Good job. The demand for pork is highest in Nagaland as we Naga's are the highest pork consumer in India. More farms should be opened with scientific operations as we saw in this video. Other districts should also start it , if not individually than in groups or community or SHG. It's high time that we should be a producer society instead of consumer society. All the best to the farm owner and team members.
The spotted piglets are so beautiful. I want to keep as my pets.😂
Beautiful & very yummy😂😂
This is gonna go BiG !!!! #SupportLocal
Very encourging. Exactly what I have been planning post retirement. Hope someday mine will also turn into reality. 😊
Great job ! May you prosper abundantly ! God bless you !
Very informative videos for our Northeast people❤
Nagas are huge pork consumers but we rely on other states for our pork consumption. High time we start this kind of ventures and become self sufficient
As an ex pig farmer, it's not that easy. So many factors are involved. Once they catch disease, it's all gone in split second. Though it's worth trying
Well done sir congratulations keep it 👆 👆
I really appreciate your big venture. May your business grow bigger and better and be an example to the Naga youths. God bless you and a big salute to you and your team.

Well done Sir...
U have an amazing piggery farm..
Please train me also...
Nice one... all the best for your venture but not sure about the breed as Nagas generally prefer black coloured, short snout especially during weddings... just a thought.
Nagas don't buy long snout and they rather look for big ear and short snout. The reason being ...our fore father they had local breed (indigenous) now called tenyivu which had long snout and small ear, short stature, big belly. This indigenous breed hardly grew upto 45kg in one whole year. This characteristic feature of long snout small ears was discourage and encouraged on cross breed or indigenous breed from other state which grew faster compared to tenyivu breed. But it is what it is. "Short snout big ears" is live
Where's exactly this wonderful farm??

Good job Keep growing 👍👍
Good going keep it up 👍
For disinfectant purpose can we also use pottasium permanganate? Please reply....😊
Yes pottas is good but sodium hypochlorite is better although expensive...so I prefer pottas unless epidemic outbreak and one more thing try to paint the wall with lime/chuna once every year ...don't disinfect the floor with chuna this will cause irritation on pig belly skin and become sore. All the best
@@socialdistance4508 thank you for the info.

How do they sell Piglets. By months or by weight and The cost of the piglets ?
So basically they’re selling the piglets by weights, for female and castrated piglets it’s Rs 800 per kg and non castrated piglets it’s Rs 750. The piglets they’re selling are around 40-50 days old.
Good initiative but the presentation could've been presented in a more professional and systematic way. It lacked details.
It’s good to see our generation have the sense of sincerity and hard working attitude in all economic and developmental aspects.
This impressive and inspiring project has the potential to be one of the most successful projects in our State provided that the State government provides qualified man power support and training to ensure quality management and safety for livestock.
It is regret to note that this ongoing project activities is purely an inorganic farming where there is maximum potential resources to produce organic meat farming in the region.
State government should implement the following policies to encourage sustainable pigs farming :
* As much as possible in organic farming methods on health grounds with proper financial assistance as natural resources are easily accessible in nature.
* As much as possible for vast commercial farming proper technical expertise be provided for inorganic pig farming.
Lastly, disinfecting human in open air with chemicals smoking tools is really a test proof recommended method to prevent pigs from infection and death?😅 I don’t think humans are disease 🦠 carriers instead better kept human safely , smoking human by chemical is life risk.. only Germane smoked human during WW II.
That's an interesting perspective. If there is a way and by your assumption organic feeds are available through year round. We would like to get into a contract with anyone that can provide us 10-20 tons of organic feeds every month and we will guarantee that we will buy everything. But let's be clear by organic we mean actual feed material that are grown organically. We don't want the supplied vegetables leftovers since its ridden with pesticides and what not. Since we are open to the idea of organic farming why not go full organic.
And the assumption that humans are not a disease carrier and there can be better ways of prevention of diseases. We are open to business ideas on prevention of diseases with proper data back concept. And if it's a feasible business idea, we will fund the idea until proof of concept. That's the guarantee we will propose.
Prevention of disease without using any chemicals by chemicals we mean disinfectant that are harmless to people. You can't propose an idea with any such disinfectant. We want out of the box thinking as proposed. We are interested and serious about the discussion. If anyone is interested our contact are available on the pinned comment.
I'm a start -up farmer ,I would like to visit your farm one day

Are they feeding them with growth hormones feeds
Those are specially developed feed with proper balanced nutritional value which comes with a handsome price plus the breed here are excellent grower....and as for growth hormone it must be injected or medically done and not by feeding.
Beautiful place
