Hit tight on the mark! All the action is in the top and it is missing something to give depth and base it out. PDM Delina Exclusif is my signature fragrance and even though I can get away with wearing the smallest amounts of it in warm weather, I wanted something that was a little bit more appealing for heat. I considered getting La Rosee, but when I got my nose on Atomic Rose I was immediately drawn to it over the former. I actually thought the fact that it was so bright in zingy in the opening… That it would be great rose for the warm weather. However, I tried both of them on my skin with each one being on a separate arm. Just as Aaron says, the dry down leaves you with a sweet airiness and not much more. It’s not complex and there’s no depth to it. It doesn’t even have that bright and explosive opening it had in the beginning. Whereas La Rosee still had amazing freshness with a bit of a bite to it. I was actually so disappointed after discovering this because I truly loved the opening of Atomic Rose and it’s rare I feel that way about any fragrance. This was a hard disappointment for me to accept. ):

When I smell this it smells like a realistic rose with the stem to me over a base of vanilla or caramel, it's interesting to hear your professional take on it, Cool video

Citronelllol, rose oxide, phenyl ethyl alcohol, etc. They may be a few of the raw materials that make up the 300+ eo that are in rose but you can tell it is not rose eo. I'd curb your remarks until your ability catches up with your mouth.

You need to try ‘Harem Rose’ by Fort & Manle. Exquisite rose fragrance I love it and you can see the color, it’s a bright yellow/ orange color. Incredible quality

Is that based on a natural from a different type of rose, or is it a modification of a rose with something else? Or is it an aromachemical..... I really tried to like Atomic Rose but I just can't favor it. I honestly believe that they were trying to replicate the atomic nature of Xerjoff's Erbura Pura. My nose doesn't detect any Naturals in Automic Rose (though there very well could be). I just don't personally appreciate these synthetic compositions. Even if at first I like something from Geza Schoen eventually my nose tires of it and I want to wash it off. Intio doesn't credit a perfumer but per my impression Atomic Rose really resembles his work.
Atomic Rose: always reminds me of makeup like chalky lipstick smear in the heart notes, and final dry down dark chocolate (I swore patchouli was in the base). Maybe it's just my skin. Nobody else gets rose essential oil for diffusers, makeup note, and hours later Godiva or Valetine's Day? Once again, maybe it's my skin or nose. Reminds me of smelling Dior Homme 2011 in the store (mums purse with lipstick, makeup, cocoa...). Going off memory because I own Atomic Rose and get the above everytime I wear it.
Yasss i agree. Real rose is more feminine. This rose look like a metalic rose. Is fit for me as a gentleman. But in a fact, initio using natural rose ingredient. Why aaron cant sniff that, because initio put 50% hedione ingredient.
After watching Cubaknow's review if Lattafa's Amethyst and him comparing it to this, I took a punt on it and I must say, to my nose, the dry down is so, so similar and the Lattafa only cost me £22 😂

I feel the same way about Valaya and Burberry her edt,,,exactlly the same screechy bug smell. It's his own opinion based on smell. He hasn't done his research. Their are couple of fragrances he reviewed that had real animal musk and he didn't even realize.
Atomov rose smells like 1 milion . Very sweat . Too sweat and designer feel to it. Not for casual and not for anything . Too artificial. Better get Jasmin Rouge from Tom Ford as niche quality
Haven't smelled it, but disappointed in advance. A niche fragrance called Atomic Rose, with no Rose. Maybe that's where the "Atomic" comes from, but still. And I'm not even a big a fan of rose, but such a cognitive dissonance between the name and the ingredients just annoys me.

smells like effervescent grapfruit milky boozy dish soap... its alright still on the hunt for the right rosy parfum. think its vvery unisex

Get 1ml of rose absolute and smell. Your know what rose absolute smells of them

It's his own opinion based on smell. He hasn't done his research. Their are couple of fragrances he reviewed that had real animal musk and he didn't even realize.
Atomov rose smells like 1 milion . Very sweat . Too sweat and designer feel to it. Not for casual and not for anything . Too artificial.
Better get Jasmin Rouge from Tom Ford as niche quality

Haven't smelled it, but disappointed in advance. A niche fragrance called Atomic Rose, with no Rose. Maybe that's where the "Atomic" comes from, but still. And I'm not even a big a fan of rose, but such a cognitive dissonance between the name and the ingredients just annoys me.
If you smelt rose absolute and marvelled at the dark red colour and richness, I’d promise you would be. Rose absolute is not feminine it’s amazing
