He is so articulate and thoughtful in his answers. The interviewer was not very human-like at all. Whereas Jonathan is all human. I miss him even though I’ve only known him via Gilbert. I miss him. Such a loss at so young. I’m happy to see him still in videos.

Whenever I need a comfort series, I turn to Anne of GG and watch them all the way through (Avonlea + The Contuinuing Story). I still can't believe Jonathan Crombie is gone, waaay too young. It's heartbreaking. He was so sweet and precocious as Gilbert Blythe...a real shame. A wonderful series. At least his image is always preserved on film.

I just came across his death I loved him on anne of green gables..he was so sweet and kind thru all the series..and as I watch this I see he was this way without the acting..a real handsome sweet gentlemen..I cried when I read he passed ..so young so so sad

Jonathan was so gracious in this interview. Very introspective and intelligent in his responses. Such an amazing gentlemen, caring and sensitive. Unfortunately, the interviewer wasn't very good, but he did a great job in answering her questions. Sadden that we loss a beautiful, gifted talent so early! 😪😫😢

It broke my heart HE was everything I wanted in my dream man I literally was sad when I heard HE died then I read where his sister said he was OK it won't let me type the word Gay OK now it will his sister said he was G it broke my heart I watched those movies over and over again

If Megan seems older, more serious, more than her age gives her, Jonathan, new Jonathan, seems softer, more fragile, less robust but contrary to Megan, fresh and shiny... I feel like he has more friendship for Megan than she has for him. He kept this light that Megan didn't...I don't know why she lost it.. I prefer him to Jack of course without a doubt. Jack, it's like the false lights.. He's the best Gilbert ever. R.I.P.

Mine too. SHE COULD HAVE BEEN NICER WITH A LITTLE BIT OF A SENSE OF HUMOUR OR SOMETHING. I LOVED HIM AS AN ACTOR AND HE WAS WONDERFUL IN THE INTERVIEW AND SO PRECIOUS.

It shows how much of an amazing actor that he was. Many men who are gay, have played, amazing leading men that are straight. It just shows their skills in acting Jonathon was an absolute sweatheart.

This particular movie was big miss for me. It needed to pick up more from where it left off a little more because of the huge gap. I doubt they would marry so much later in life in reality.
