You should integrate photos in your presentation even if you just sit next to a computer screen or large screen tv to show them to avoid having to edit your videos with photos. Verbal descriptions dont help as much as photos. Why are palm trees popular if they dont provide shade from the heat? Any nice areas to live that dont have HOA's?
@@stu6097 Not that I'm aware of. But you can search on many websites with a filter that removes homes with an HOA. My website has that feature for example.

Thanks for the feedback! Palm Trees are just popular in So Cal. And yes, many nice neighborhoods that don't have an HOA. Even more with low HOA fees

Minimum lot in Meadowview is 1/2 acre NOT 1/3 acre. There are 900 homes NOT 1500, perhaps some better research is in order?
