Enjoyed that one Chap, well done on the finds....
Thank you, sorry about the audio issues 😩
Great hunt there with some good condition finds. Well done sir 👏🏻🍻
Thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to watch 😁 can't beat a good day with plenty of coins 🙌🙌 next video will be up Wednesday or Friday.....stay tuned 😁😁
Good video 👌 I prefer pasture it's detectable all year if grass gets eaten and you can dig a good plug and we have had some fantastic finds on pasture, we have ploughed land and it's good once it's Harrowed (flattened) and our farmer on the east coast let's us detect till the crops are too high, a lot don't, we've subbed and will be checking out the videos Jason gave us some great advice when we started which helped a lot and after meeting him at last years Detectival is as nice in person. Happy Diggin 👍👍
Thank you for watching, it's really appreciated, I only started in October so it's been mainly arable due to the time of year, I have 2 small permissions that are pasture but I've saved them for the warmer weather so I'll get better on it eventually.......I hope 🤞😂
you're doing OK Adz 👍🏻. some people prefer arable, some prefer pasture. I don't mind either BUT I remember making a right mess of my father-in-laws field with bad hole digging 😂.
if you haven't mastered the 3 sode hole, try a standard 4 side one. it saves time and energy especially on a group dig 👍. treat yourself to a black ada Spartan Spade mate and get 10% off with DK10 at LP Metal Detecting 👍
thanks for the shoutout buddy, but it's us other that should be shouting you out to help you build your channel 👍. I'll try and remember next time I'm out 👍
Thanks mate, I really appreciate the support 😊 I've been looking at the black ada, I want the stainless one though lol, I love the spade I've got its really light and comfortable (it's a Wilkinson sword ultralight) I just wish the cut was narrower, that's the only reason I'm looking to replace it.......I'm already thinking of upgrading my machine too 😂😂 don't tell my Mrs 🤫😂
@addwithadz black ada is perfect for pasture as you can cut smaller holes when needed, but on loose arable soil a bigger spade is very useful 👍🏻.
Yeah I think I'm gonna invest, I hear so many good things said about the black adas
Great video bud and glad your back held out 😊… keep up great work ⭐️
Thanks mate, always appreciate your support 🙂
When on pasture I find as a newbie is to pinpoint and find were the machine is saying the target is and mark it with your foot and then dig 3 sided plug around it … once you got experience you won’t need pinpoint and just draw the coil back until the signal disappears and be on the toe end of the coil bud ⭐️
I really struggle using the pinpoint function, I've watched lots of videos to learn but I'm still awful with it, my pinpointing is getting better though, what I have noticed is usually when I'm off the target is at the back of my hole so maybe the center point of my coil isn't actually where I think it is, I need to put a coin on the ground and mess around with it I think
Was the last item a bullet? From a handgun maybe?
I don't think so as it's quite chunky and heavy and looks like it broke of something, my first thought was a slug but could also be the tip from a crossbow bolt or arrow maybe, I'm not sure but it's definitely modern
