I respect Chris humility as he is just authentic, they paint him in every which way to sell BS. He has always been the most genuine on the go. CHRIS NEVER CHANGED. Imagine being in this business over 30 years+not ever changing❤you always brother😘
The guy is awesome. While he was in CC they sold 1 million copies of a single album! There is no other death metal band that has sold so much. Back then 1 million copies meant a platinum album. Nowadays platinum is 300 thousand. So Respect!
I respect both guys for what they did and what they've done. The old CC stuff with Barnes is classic DM but the post 'Bleeding' CC with Corpsegrinder definitely solidified Fisher as a force to be reckoned with. Personally I like both of them equally in respect to what they've done. Times change, bands change and people move on. Nothing wrong with that
I have never seen so many Chris Barnes interviews. A few years ago I couldn't find anything on Chris Barnes, other than the Cannibal Corpse history DVD
As for the Barnes/Fisher thing.... I do prefer the CB era. Chris is my favorite death vocalist, and the man who inspired to take up the fine art of growling. However, George has clearly kept his voice inbetter shape over time.
He is looking younger than ever. He is the true god of Death Metal vocals. It sounds like the new 6 feet under album will be a bit faster and more like Cannibal Corpse.
Ive been a diehard SFU fan for a long time... they where the band that got me into death metal. Im not sure how the new line up is going to change things.. I can only hope that SFU wont merge into the more mainstream market of Deathcore..
I haven't watched more than a couple interviews w/Chris Barnes but this one he really seems like a somewhat intelligent, likeable decent looking if he were cleaned guy.I'd rather see my death metal hero looking and sounding more like a stiff rotting corpse that had somehow been reanimated but ah well...btw Chris I live in Tampa too and I turned my nephew onto Lycanthropy and he's growling right now.I found an instrumental of it and I may do my first death metal vocal workout among others and put it on youtube.
@netito619 exatctly...SFU rules...Barnes is a legend...wait for the new SFU Album with the new band members...out in spring ...it kills.....there is nobody in DM who can compare with his voice..thats fact...
Butchered at Birth and Tomb of the Mutilated are pretty brutal. The Fisher CC isn't that brutal, but technical. Six Feet Under have the right groove, and that is what makes it so brutal.
I wonder how these Death Metal Dudes are in their "regular" lives probably just like us SHLUBS just a different "line" of work whatever the fuk that means..I guess their music sucks the ANGER out of them but what in Hades do I know. I like this ANGRY music once in awhile because it helps me quell my anger and angst and actually calms my nerves just so awesome the DARK SIDE fascinates me. The really strange things is I can Listen to Cannibal/six Feet, whoever than switch to Mozart/Haydn after them
Its pretty ironic that a guy who writes the most grotesque lyrics ever also happens to be so cool and nice. Id chill out with him with a beer or whatever any day of the week!
i personally dont think cannibal corpse is as brutal as six feet under. they are more technical yes but i dont think they are as heavy. chris barns vocals are just deeper and more brutal. i personally think george fisher is over rated his lows sound like mids, but i do like his highs.
@paskapaavo it makes his music more appealing if you ask me. not disagreeing with ya though. it is strange when you hear em on stage then see him on an interview. i took to him right away though because he kinda reminds me of myself(except i dont have long dreadlocks).

Cannibal Corpse haven't sold a million copies of all their albums combined.
@CreepinSav yeah you might prefer barnes but that doesn't change the fact that barnes and the rest of corpse didn't get along anymore. And George is better for the new stuff. I cant imagine barnes singing make them suffer People need to get over the barnes/cannibal corpse thing. They won't get back together
A lot of bands unfortunately tour for shit money, they do it for the passion and to spread the name so hopefully they can be at the caliber of bands like SFU and CC. Its more important to support metal than to get on here and bitch about why he left, what were the reasons. And my favorite is the untalented assholes who show their lack of talent by busting out the usual hate in the comments. \m/ xx \m/
@Metalobsession94 I know they won't get back together, my point is cannibal corpse fuckin sucks now corpsegrinder is horrible and they lost their guitarist to Deicide, which was a great decision because Deicide is much better than the new cc.
No matter how many people hate on Chris Barnes, he speaks his mind no matter what. He knows his shit, I do the same. I speak my mind no matter what
I respect Chris humility as he is just authentic, they paint him in every which way to sell BS. He has always been the most genuine on the go. CHRIS NEVER CHANGED. Imagine being in this business over 30 years+not ever changing❤you always brother😘
Described Chris to my Taylor Swift lovin sister..Said Chris Barnes looks like Ben Affleck but attractive😂
Awesome. Hail Chris Barnes. Long Live Six Feet Under.
The guy is awesome. While he was in CC they sold 1 million copies of a single album! There is no other death metal band that has sold so much. Back then 1 million copies meant a platinum album.
Nowadays platinum is 300 thousand. So Respect!
Now that girl can give a REAL interview!
would love to meet Barnes and thank him for all of the good times listening to SFU and early Corpse :)
This chick knows her some six feet under, lol
Maaan he is so down to earth!

This lady really did her research you can tell it put Barnes in a really good mood!

❤you Mr original, authentic Barnes🙇♀️you explain to NO ONE CHRIS!!!!
That was actually a good interview! You go Brigit!! Chris Barnes is one cool daddio!!
Nothing wrong with that
Chris Barnes seems like a really cool guy, humble and good guy overall
I have never seen so many Chris Barnes interviews. A few years ago I couldn't find anything on Chris Barnes, other than the Cannibal Corpse history DVD
Loving her vibe!!
Come on, that's someone doing a voice over. Everyone knows he sounds like a grizzly bear.
SFU respect from Russia!
I don't know how you could possibly get stoned enough to want to get those earlobe spacers.
As for the Barnes/Fisher thing.... I do prefer the CB era. Chris is my favorite death vocalist, and the man who inspired to take up the fine art of growling. However, George has clearly kept his voice inbetter shape over time.
I LOVE the new SFU. The old one was awesome and got me into death metal - but holy fuck. the new one is just super-awesome!
nicely done, i loved every second.
Chris Barnes named the tour. We shall all kneel in worship.
April..... I hope this goes by fast! I need to hear the new Six Feet Under NOW!
Mr. Barnes for president!! ;)
I can´t wait for the new album.
Chris is the fucking man!
He is looking younger than ever. He is the true god of Death Metal vocals. It sounds like the new 6 feet under album will be a bit faster and more like Cannibal Corpse.
@LingNoiFarang
they are both awesome. I love the CC era with Barnes and I love CC as it is today.
@DommeDerBraune OMG, I thank you sooo much, finally somebody helped me ahaha :D
Yes they did. When they were with Chris Barnes.
FUCK YEA LOVE YOU BARNES!!!
"It's really good man, we're being accepted really well"
Im pretty excited bout the new sfu lineup

I noticed that as well
She may not be the hottest chick, but damn, she's pretty cool, I'd like to hang out with both of em!
@YaYoTr0n "Involuntary Movement of Dead Flesh" from the album "Death Rituals"
ah, LOL
I hadn't had my coffee yet, forgive me.
Wow.. that was a really good interview. Nice job guys.
Ive been a diehard SFU fan for a long time... they where the band that got me into death metal. Im not sure how the new line up is going to change things.. I can only hope that SFU wont merge into the more mainstream market of Deathcore..
without hair , he looks like hugh laurie
Hahaha... you are right... dr.Six Feet House
@IronicalGuy it´s the track Involuntary Movement
@unoffended Almost. At least around 00-09 or so.
@NotNamedJones That is the funniest thing I've read in a long time. I hope some other readers get the meaning/wit of that comment.
🎤🎼I need to get my DEMON METAL band together this year.... 🤘🏻😜🎸🔥
2:54 , she burps, What the hell HAHAHA!

3:43 - was a WTF moment :D
Hahah....shit I just noticed your comment :D
Wasted
thtas the nice thing about him :)
Chris seems really cool.I love Six Feet Under.I like Fischer, but Barnes is better. His voice is like wine, gets better with age.
Are you joking? Did you hear nightmares of the decomposed? I like sfu but barnes sounded horrible on that
LOL THATS A REALLY BAD ASS GRAMMY
ya! barnes calling out those two bums. gall and butler should be coming out with their new group soon...
Could someone tell me whats the track in the beginning? O:
He's a pretty fucking cool dude.
@netito619 exatctly...SFU rules...Barnes is a legend...wait for the new SFU Album with the new band members...out in spring ...it kills.....there is nobody in DM who can compare with his voice..thats fact...
whats the name of the song in the beginning?
DUDE HE'S FUCKING BLAZED
@hellbilly8836 yep, please let us know more about...
Where is the new stuff at??? Chris Barnes rules!!! I don't even listen to Cannibal Corpse anymore and never have since Chris left!
Chris Barnes is Johnny Noxville if he lived in Vancouver BC
what happened to greg and terry? anyone?
1e song please
@Metalobsession94
100% agreed
lol, it isnt the same person. The killed in in a compactor after he called out and knew everyone after he shot the ace footage.
i was at this show
Song at the beginning?
Butchered at Birth and Tomb of the Mutilated are pretty brutal. The Fisher CC isn't that brutal, but technical. Six Feet Under have the right groove, and that is what makes it so brutal.
I would love to interview him. But nothing would happen, 'cause I would stare at him, giggling.
Dont care wat ne 1 else says but Chris Barnes is the father of Death Metal right now!!!!
I wonder how these Death Metal Dudes are in their "regular" lives probably just like us SHLUBS just a different "line" of work whatever the fuk that means..I guess their music sucks the ANGER out of them but what in Hades do I know. @aldrichp The only thing it came in to your brain after watch this video?
Its pretty ironic that a guy who writes the most grotesque lyrics ever also happens to be so cool and nice. Id chill out with him with a beer or whatever any day of the week!

Cannibal Corpse haven't sold a million copies of all their albums combined.
does she have a dutch accent?
Song at the beginig
I've been a fan of Chris Barnes since Cannibal Corpse. SFU gets better and better.
what about now lol
@@drunkswithguns4124 at least he got the sound that he wanted
Chris Barnes plays Xbox.
I want his gamertag.
i love how like a 50 year old woman is interviewing him..lol
Sounds like Steve O
What the fuck? Steve only wrote ONE? Wow...
IT IS NOT CALLED GAUGES. IN HIS CASE, THOSE ARE TUNNELS. DAMMIT
@YaYoTr0n involuntary movement
@LingNoiFarang compairing chris barnes and corpsegrinder is like comparing chuck norris to god. kinda doesnt really work.
@CreepinSav yeah you might prefer barnes but that doesn't change the fact that barnes and the rest of corpse didn't get along anymore. And George is better for the new stuff. I cant imagine barnes singing make them suffer
People need to get over the barnes/cannibal corpse thing. They won't get back together
@LingNoiFarang Phil Bozeman of Whitechapel...not saying he's better...but that guy can fucking growl
Well if you want brutal the CC is the way to go, they are way ahead of six feet under.
@mcdmedia It's the weed :) Combine that with a proper diet and you will have very graceful aging.
she reminds me of augustus gloops' mom
A lot of bands unfortunately tour for shit money, they do it for the passion and to spread the name so hopefully they can be at the caliber of bands like SFU and CC. @Mjollnir15 Ya but I prefer Chris Barnes not George Fisher.
@aldrichp so is the human race
@jtolliver If people dont agree with guy they must be crazy. also if you asked Barnes/George about it they would have the same opinion BOTH OF THEM
so what the fuck's your point?!
A million units sold for a death metal band isn't enough?
