Hey friends!
Since I was a child I've always drawn and doodled when I was upset. At that time, I didn't understand that this was a strategy to self regulate, but as I look back now I realise how beneficial it was for my mental health. Mindful drawing is something I still practice regularly and I find it to be my favourite strategy to improve mood, distract me from rumination and settle anxiety.
Try this easy tutorial today or save it for a day when you feel like you need it. All you need is a paper and a pen!
