Sometimes I wonder what goes through the minds of people who make compilations like this. "Should I show Matsuyama take his shot from the bridge, a shot everyone would probably like to see? Nah, that'll take up too much time" "Oh but I can't leave out this minute long conversation between Rory and Thomas"
Some of the best shots I've ever seen. The best single shot I ever witnessed in person was at the 1988 Masters in Augusta when Sandy Lyle hit that bunker shot on the 18th hole with a seven iron, he went on to birdie the hole and win the green jacket, I'll never forget that shot.
cause showing them discuss where to move the ball after they bounced into eachother and moved 4 inches was more important to the weirdos who make these videos.
Can someone please point me to where I can see what happened with Matsuyama's ball that somehow ended up on that little plank? The second shot in this video
It appears those rocks are part of the hazard, see that yellow stake in the grass?(all hazard rules apply)...If he were to take a drop, he'd have to abide by the drop rules of that hazard.
I’ve always said that you should be able to replace your ball out of a repaired divot, but play it as it lies in an unrepaired divot. This would be to encourage players to repair their divots.
The Rory/JT issue is the perfect example of where golf needs to move with the times. Balls are a part of golf and you do not need a rule that takes that long to solve if they’ve collided 300yards from the tee. Dumb stuff like that makes me not want to watch golf or play in comps.
@@haroldrandall7942 Would you rather dance on a hardwood floor or a plowed field? Having the ball sitting in a hole makes the shot much harder, that is why they try to keep the fairways fairly flat.
Why they let anyone mark a ball with a huge poker chip is beyond me. PGA has rules for the stupidest things yet you can put a dinner plate down and no one cares 😂
If this is from RBC 2022 Rory won this tourney for $1.56 million, JT finished 3rd for $600,000, 4 strokes behind. So those strokes were worth over $200,000 each. Just hit?
Come on now PGA, you know that something is either unique or it’s not. You can’t have most unique, very unique, super unique or anything else unique. Once something is repeated or matched then it’s no longer unique, in the case of all of these shots / incidents they are just unique and that’s enough.
One day they will realize making everything about Rory and JT was a huge mistake. The top of the tour has never felt neglected, its everyone else. I would bet on Liv's top 4 over the PGAs top 4 in a Ryder Cup style event, and that's just after year one. It won't get better for these clowns.

Lol
Really wish we could of seen the next shot on alot of these
Probably were not impressive enough

At least until dementia or Alzheimer's sets in
Zalatoris magic
Why didn’t you show the escapes from the tough positions

2:55 pretty ridiculous how almost every single shot ended up in the same place. Just goes to show how good these guys really are

@홀홀덤덤com Go away bot
I'm not intimately familiar with the rules of golf, would Zalatoris get any kind of relief/drop etc at 3:48, or would he have to play it as it lies?

4:30 what's the commentator apologizing for? "I lost it there, sorry about that,"
Time to change the rules around divots. Everyone should be aloud to move them out.

@@daverodgers779 I like that better
I already saw these on your UA-cam channel
I've always wondered why poker chips are legal ball markers, they are so big
You could change the center picture on the thumbnail to the playoff situation in the 2022 Farmers Insurance Open, and Zalatoris would be 3 for 3
Video is missing circus music that a previous video had.
Will the PGA be in existence in another year or two?
Great video, thank you.
Crazy shots!
That first one, an alternate version of roulette.
Ahh , the benefit of tv coverage.

😂 they don’t wanna play in the DiVoT
how does that impact you that much

@@richardjacques1731 oh yeah, I was more so referring to him saying an extremely rare ruling leads to him not wanting to watch or play golf anymore
Rory and JT situation was just stupid, both in a fairway, not in a divot… why spend so much time to make JTs ball go 4 inch backwards
Golf doesn't value the spectators time.
Because we have rules. Pros tend to follow them. The penalties for not doing so are severe.
Thomas missed the best line of the year- he should have said to his aponnet - YOUR AWAY!!
That short side bunker shot ..that's when you hit it sideways ..get it on the green. Take your medicine.

Poker chips are given out often by the golf companies. Just to freak out a playing partner of mine I used a reflector. Ruined his whole day! ✌️🤣👍

6:51 "It's like Jurassic Park here goin up the hill." What is that supposed to mean? What do dinosaurs have to do with golf?
Referring to the scene in the first movie when they first see dinosaurs. The paddock is rolling green hills of long grass
The Cantlay drive was unique? Every time a ball bounces over a bunker this is unique? LIV would never try to pull this
*something happens*
Announcers “PUNNNNNNNNNNNN”
Stopped watching golf cold turkey since the LIV Mikelson drama.
2:45 just hit…. Really a big deal?

Can broadcasters / media please stop using "unique" instead of "unusual". Unique means "one of a kind". You cannot have a most one of a kind shot!!
Looks like the golf ball has a :-). It's probably because he just found a casino chip.
No such thing as most unique…

what is wrong with you
who cares still more boring than watching grass grow during a LIV event
And still u click in, watch and the complain...Soooo You care.
That's quite a shot! If you want to improve and play like that you can try golf kinetics, it worked for me!!
