Nice playing and I like the sound of your guitar with the Tex Mex pups! Thinking of replacing the ones in my MIM Tele. And these might just be the ones! Funny how you're wearing a Gibson t-shirt while shooting a Tele video, btw. Oh and that last scene was really cute! : ) Thanks for posting this vid!
Thanx! Glad to help ! And Gibson t-shirt is accidentally, but turned out ok, it's not about manufacturers but about guitars :) I like them both, as i like bunch of other guitars.
Nice playing and sounds! I bought a fiesta red tele copy on the cheap a while back (I thought a p90 in the neck would be a good idea, but its way too loud compared to any hot single coil). After watching this I just ordered a tex-mex set, a black pearl pick guard, tele maple neck, 4 way tele switch along with graphtech nut and string trees n vintage style tuners. I was going to buy a fender 64 tele (reissue thing) p/u set buy they upped the price, so after watching this video along with 50's road worn tele demos (which have tex mex p/u) I opted for these, which i'm sure will fit my playing style better anyways.
Funny i typed this in, & you're playing a red tele like i just bought , with same pickups. great playin', &" I Know A Little", maybe i can figure the Rest!
Great playing bro! The guitar plays great and looks pretty good for your first build. I was hoping the p'ups would be a little hotter. I'm looking to replace the ones in my '06 MIM Tele. These are on sale on Amazon for $56.00 right now! I might just buy them and if I don't like them I bet I can make a profit (small) by selling on eBay... Great Vid!
That's guitar is awesome and it sounds excellent! Even the color is perfect! The head cut is sweet and just wow!
Very good video, no talk, just playing. Really appreciate that!
Sounds great! What a versatile guitar.
I like the sound of those pickups! I think I'm going to order a set.
Great tone and playing!
Fantastic playing and the pickups/guitar sound great
