Ah yes, the classic SEALS PASS deck. There's a reason the Structure came with it.
This was the first deck I ever made when starting MD, absolutely hyped that it can still cook to this day!
As a fellow "Maids was first deck in master duel", I am happy to see that they're still strong
(And god damn I didn't realize tidying was such a powerful card)

@@AntonioRodriguez-ld8ob The only reason they are considered a Rogue Deck is because they are (at least as pure Dragon Maid) a deck that falls flat when hit by ash blossom.
It's also a deck that has some complicated plays that require testing to know you can make. (my favorite is getting to fusion summon 3 times through mixing Maids with Gaia combos. You can use Changeover to summon Cursed Dragon Fusions and search the Gaia Fusion spell and after summoning your Gaia boss monster, return the maid to hand through Change over to summon Sheou)
@@AntonioRodriguez-ld8ob Main reason it is still only a Rogue Deck is because its plays are easily stopped by hand traps, which every deck now has about 2 kinds of, minimum.
Though that doesn't entirely apply when you start mixing other archetypes. Duality can make some strong plays for cheesing out Sheou or other high level (commonly) dark dragons. But my favorite has to be mixing Maids with Gaia Archetype. You can use changeover twice in one turn if you do it right on top of using the gy to summon a gaia boss monster with its fusion summon if you used change over to get cursed dragon fusion monster.

The problem is, duality is expensive
nah, u should chain it before sheou return to ex deck so you will have lv 10 dark dragon synchro. you can re summon sheou from GY with chamber at battle phase and if you run majestic dragon, you can also synchro summon to shooting majestic dragon.
Still waiting for Chamber Dragonmaid's furr- I mean, dragon form.

The first 15 seconds pretty much sums up how my journey into learning icejades have been. At least they are fun when they aren’t negated.
As cool as this deck looks like, there is no explanation on how it works which make me wonder how Bystial add up to the Dragon Maid archetype. I've never played them so I can hardly understand anything and many cards weren't shown. Not only that but that deck is expensive and hard to do with so many rare cards in Master Packs. A missed opportunity.

Dragonmaid on its own isn’t good enough to compete with meta
I know since I love dragonmaid and one of the first decks I built
If you go pure dragonmaid, then you need call of the grave to counter hand traps and hand traps yourself
But bystials and branded are usually the tech option for dragonmaid

Well yeah. As a new dragonmaid user; I have to say, this deck is just as having Baron De Fleur in your deck. I just won against 3 Egyption Gods in Platinum after 41 turns. I came here not to brag but to see if I can boost my deck.

Don’t mean to be that guy but couldn’t you do a lot more off that opening hand on turn 2? A hand with Chamber, Parlor and Nurse can definitely end on something better. Parlor, Send Tidying, Tidying to summon Chamber, Search Hospitality, Link Seal, Hospitality Nurse to mill her dragon form to the grave, summon back either of the two other maids, now you have Seal + 2 other bodies on the field if you want to get something else.
I play Bystials Dragonmaids With Nuberon Dragons THATS is good too

I wish it was the Dragon Maid part that is good and not the Bystial/Maxx C part that is good or like in this case not more than mid.. I dream of playing a Dragon Maid deck in any form ever since they came out but the deck was just never good. Always just a overprized fun deck.

I agree. DM is basically my sole deck (not pure, using some REBD cards to go with it) and I really want to make it better because I like how simple this deck is (but can also be easily countered with a "no special summon" card. Maybe I'll take this deck as an exemple.
Eh the problem with dragon maid is it's just a poorly designed deck. It completely revolves around summoning a border line broken boss, but the problem is it does nothing else besides that.
Either your opponent bricks and you otk them with a bunch of dragons in one turn, or they dont and you lose. It has no real way to reliably defend itself, it has no good turn one board in comparsion to everyone else, and the cards themselves have realtively weak effects
It's literally just get out your fusions turn one or bust
