For me the biggest difference between Marbella & Sotogrande is that (high net worth individuals) who prefer Marbella are owners who want to be seen & show off. But, Sotogrande owners simply want to enjoy the lifestyle and its NOT important to show off - its much more elegant of an area. Villa White is at the top of my must sees when I get over there. In the high end market the choice will be between Marbella, Benhavis or Sotogrande. Would be great to hear you also discuss Mijas Costa vs Marbella for the mid tier market.
I would like to live in the middle of those two places, i.e. Estepona :) It has both of the two: less crowdy as Marbella and a but busier than Sotogrande, including a more Spanish authentic feel to it ....
Hi Sirs, good video Sotogrande is a top top class resort & country club Marbella is not, is a municipality My cup of tea will be sooner or later in Sotogrande as I care my family (security is an issue) and my investments I also love fishing & hunting and Sotogrande is the place for me

Sotogrande has a marina with loads of big plastic yachts that don’t move very much.
it´s a matter of taste, if you prefer more marina action Puerto Banus is for you :)
