It has a large footprint with super nice & welcoming garden areas, tons of natural light, massive height ceilings, beautifully designs arched doorways, a gorgeous roof top area, lots of chilling spaces on the outside off of the main floor and if you want to be surrounded by nature there aren't many properties that offer this level of tranquility. Like you stated the new owners will feel lots of "Calmness". Luv Vicki's energy; she's always smiling, inquisitive and has a nice welcoming spirit about her presentations. Well Done Vicki!!! Surely the owner of the house in the past was the leader of a tribe in the African jungle, so he became rich overnight and wanted to convey to the world through his inspiration in the design of this powder room, what kind of sounds can be heard in the jungle, so that we can feel that incredible feeling of a mother nature.
