When joining the two dry pots together, then adding wet clay or paper mache to seal the two edges together, be sure to either lightly mist the area with water, or apply a thin layer of glue to form a positive connection. It helps prevent cracking and shrinkage.
As well as making the joined pots look smoother and more like one pot. She finitely should have misted the dried areas then put some ‘slip’ over the joined area. I hope this vase will not eventually dry up and the piece will split. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
You are so talented and I’m so happy I found you! I’ve been looking for more crafts that are less “dollar store cheap” and high end. You hit the nail on the head! Thank you!!
I feel the same🤗 I just subscribed to Noelle’s channel. Her DIYs are so high end without braking the bank and she makes them easy to recreate🤗❤️ I’m also glad I found Noelle🤗🤗❤️
Hello and thank you for some very wonderful projects. Your video directions are very easy to follow and inspirational to the artist in me. My fingers are itching to get into the paper mache.😊❤
Wow Girl ! They don’t look like dupes at all , looks like the real high end ones ! Loving the scratch vase ! My fav ! You are so talented ! High End Decor On A Budget !
I am totally new to this, but will you PLEASE share your paper mache recipe, because it looks and seemingly handle more smooth than other recipes. Beautiful work. You are very talented.
I love your all videos. I’m a huge fan of Mcgee&co but every time I’ve felt the price too expensive to me..... So I’m on my way to shop to make some stuffs like you right now. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
They looks beautiful❤❤ I wanted to ask you, on this bag of paper mache, do you add any salt or glues in the paper mache? Does this paper mache has already the ingredients in it’s when you buy it? Thank you so much.🙋♀️
This is so great! I love the effects. I think I would have put a flat piece of board on the feet, and used a level to tap the feet into being even. I'm insprired!
The second project with the three bowls - it would have looked gorgeous if the inside ( top bowl) had been painted a bronzy -gold. This was a great idea. Thanks for posting.👏👏👏👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🥰
Thank you! You could use paper towels if you are using a paper mache recipe with them that has glue and stuff like that. But this is just way easier because it’s already pre made and you just add water! You can order it from Amazon too!
Noelle girl you’re so smart and talented. I love these. You help people to save so much money and get the style we desire. I’m sure we’re all thinking the same thing. I can maybe replicate what you do, but I’d never be able to think of the items to use. Wow. I know I’m late on this video but I’m so impressed by you. I just looked and these mixing bowls are no longer available. Do you have any other suggestions? Also I know I can grab any size of these planters from Lowes, but what size did you use? Fav DIYer on UA-cam every since the double knot from Target. I had already bought the original but you just opened my mind to what could actually be made.
You could have made the feet by using an ice tray as a mould. Then they would have been perfectly the same size. I saw this on ‘Casa Refined by Jorge’ here on You Tube. He was making a very clever vessel using cement but many of his tips could be used here as well. He had an ingenious way of creating a wonderful shape and he also covered it in (handmade) papier-mâché before the cement. Worth watching.
I’m sure you’re not gonna see this Noelle. This video which I already watched showed up in my recommended again. How are you doing? I know you bought a new house. Is everything okay with you and your family? Please give us an update!
Your tip on how to prevent the plastic bowl from splitting is excellent, thank you. 👏👏👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Both projects turned out stunning! Can’t wait to try both. The items look very high end!
Thanks so much!
For the first project could you leave the plastic vessels and cover both the inside and outside with paper mache in order to give it more structure?
This is so great! I love the effects. I think I would have put a flat piece of board on the feet, and used a level to tap the feet into being even. I'm insprired!
can i make capsule shaped paper mache pendant? will it be easy to remove the pendant shape from the plastic mould?
