I can totally relate to this. I quit my private job when I conceived my baby. When she grew to 1 year 3 months old...i started preparing for banking exams. Now she is 3 yrs old. I got selected in bank.But the coincidence is that now I'm expecting my second baby.And my joining is near. Yes I'm joining the bank but things are more tough for married woman..she have to manage everything..family ..her dreams...most imp her children.

Being a female banking aspirant, I was thinking after this video.. what is the use of clearing so many reputed exams when at the end, only girls have to leave it for the sake of taking care of family and come back to only part time job.
Not criticizing anyone just feeling tensed being a girl while preparing for exams.
But she left lic aao for which all banking aspirant dream for. Now on leave without pay. And not sure about future.

Seriously yr what's the use of clearing so many exams if at the end u hv to leave it for the baby...and even she said that her in laws are very supportive what kind of support they are giving to her because at the end she is the one who is taking care of her baby by leaving her job .... anyway everyone has their own priorities in life
Umm.. well I had the same doubt... but.....know wat. Priorities change with time.......I won't change thou if I have the same case...... but sometimes yes it happens!!! ..
@@smriti-jc5ho u r rightly said mam priorities change with time but I just want to tell u one thing as I am 29 year old and also hv baby of 2 years and preparing from last many years ...in those years I hv seen many breaks in life which disturbed my preparation but I hv not quit it...i had experience in my life that without job u hv no value...when I was 26 my priorities were different job was not that important but trust me if u hv not left ur SBI job then pls do rejoin it whenever u think that now ur baby is grown up and now is the time to get back to work
I don't know why I am telling u these things😌 but I can relate with u as a mother and struggle associated with it 🙂
