@@jlop8637 I would say Jade Audio EA3. It has one Knowles BA and a 14mm DD. The overall tuning is similar to the FH3 except for the mids are more forward on the FH3 and the FH3 pulls you into the recording a bit more. Nothing drastic.....but noticeable. Jade Audio EA1 is my second choice although you won’t get the detail with it being a single DD. It’s important with the EA3 that the tips are experimented with to cut the treble in case it’s too hot for you. The narrow bore tips that are included work great while with the EA1 the wide bore tips are my preference. Something slightly larger like the ones included with TRN sets also work nicely with the EA3.

Im wondering were all this hype about the Nanna 2.0 comes from. I bought them one month ago to pair them with the Shanling M8 and switched them to the Nannas 1.0. The mids were very nice but the bass was very slow, uncontrolled, muddy and didnt have a precise kick. It didnt go as low as on the version 1.0 which has a very nice, consistent and textured sub bass feel. The imaging was also inferior to the original Nannas, where the vocals are nicely separated on a stage and the instruments surround them from a distance. There is 3D feeling to the OG Nannas. On the 2.0 everything is blended and feels like playing in the same line. With the Shanling M8, the version 2.0 is inferior in almost every aspect (also Crinacle mentioned it). The only area where i would very slightly prefer the 2.0 v are the hights. They are bit sweeter and maybe very slightly more detailed. But thats all. The v 2.0 could be a great upgrade but its actually a downgrade IMHO.

A little curious on how does Z do reviews for iems/Headphone where the DAC/DAP has its own tonality attached to it. Like if this IEMs are going to sound the best if you have the M8 only or are the changes in sound minuscule enough that you dont notice performance difference until you A/B test them from dacs of the same class?? (lets assume that power output is adequate in all cases) Don't really have multiple DAC of same class to test it myself.

Man the sound sucks way to low come paired to all my plug in items and headphones.
I like the convenience of no wires, is there a such thing as a bluetooth amp that can give the ear pods more power to sound louder ?
I love my KZ ZS10 pro..probably my best iem that I’ve tried so far. Pair that with my btr3k and I’m in heaven! Does the job and more for my walks. Still on an audio adventure..for home use I have my grados sr125e and just got a pair of dt 770 pro 80ohm to replace my m50s which I couldn’t take the sound of those anymore! Haha.
Of all,you e ever heard is the ZS10 PRO try a set of Fiio FH3. Mind blowing!
I’ll keep those in mind. Thanks for the recommendation!
What would recommend that could be somewhat comparable to the fh3 on a budget level?
Thanks man! Just got some new gear so I have to wait for awhile before I dive into something new. Might just wait and get the fh3’s. After you recommended them to me,I went online to check them out and people really seem to like them and I got excited!! Haha. The only real quality set of iems before my ks10’s that I have and tried are the shure se215s and the fiio fh1,which I liked but never got proper isolation with them and I tried a lot of differnt tips with them. Think I’ll be in for a nice treat with the fh3’s. Forgot to mention to that I also recently got some wireless buds..the soundpeats truengine3.. they’re pretty good! Have some nice bass and mids..a little rolled off on the table. The soundstage and separation are also great! Didn’t think they were going to perform like this.
Just watched the entire thing. I'm sold on the Nan-na. Thank you Zeos. I just hope they don't launch the 3.0 this year.
900$ and they're good? Astonishing. I never would have guessed it.
You would be surprized.
@@ZReviews guess again.
There are a shit tonne of mediocre ~$1000 iems
@@kylerclarke2689 you missed the point didn't you stan? So cute 🤗
Good review👍
Just found this video and wondering if Earmen Sparrow with balanced cable can drive these properly? Thanks in advance 😅😅
I just use these cheap Skull Candy IEMs they get the job done and I toss them away when they crap out. I buy them in bulk. Now when it is time to really enjoy some good music we move on the the good over the ear headsets.
BLON BL03 is probably cheaper and way better than those
Vanilla ice cream is good, but I think chocolate chip cookie dough is better. Unrelated: Dunu and RHA make great IEM's too! Thank you for the great videos, Zeos!
And here I thought Zeos had been preaching that I should feel bad if I had something will multiple drivers per side
How do they perform on a normal amp or music player? I'd think anything sounds great on a $1700 handheld.
Hi Zeos 🔥🔥🔥 !!!, do i need to worry about the charge loss of the permanently charged electrostatic iem drivers in this type of iems that dont use the energizers for the amplification? Thanks :)
The Nanna's electrostatics aren't energized?
@@h_enrix_92 they are precharged. Although they are lowpowered i dont know if a normal amp can keep the charge. Maybe yes maybe not iam not an electrician. I just read some review where they expressed some concerns about this... I have them for 2 weeks now. I hope they will last for a long time.
@@matusjurcik6974 I read one time that they need at least 1W of power to show its full potential...so yeah
How do these compare to the Theiaudio Clairvoyance?
I do indeed enjoy vanilla ice cream. And as for my favorite, it's a fight between "tramontana" and "dulce de leche with oreos" both "I can hazard a guess" are impossible to find outside Argentina. Looking at the other comments, not enough are about/mention Ice Cream, this is sacrilege.
Are,these better than Audeze LCDi4 ? If so why? Thank you for your reply.
Iems make sense outside and inside for sleeping. Mostly I sleep with speakers playing, but when that isn't possible I use IEMs
Can I request a review with the headphones that block out your own voice the most. Play music the whole time so that you can't hear yourself talk and I want to see how slurred and disjointed your articulation is after a 25min rant. You're scared. You won't.
I like how iems are in my brain
Zeos have you tried the UTWS3 from FiiO?
Carvel vanilla soft serve is my all time favorite ice cream
How do THEEEESSSS compare to the thieaudio Clearvoiyance?
Because i just happen to have 800€ and because i feel uncompftable with that amount of money i better spend it quickly!
This month i said " fuck it" bought LCD2c,GL2000 and thiaudio legacy 3( loved the legacy's but felt its a bit harsh on long listening with trebles). Yeah, am buying those.
Are they worth it?
When zeos is speechless just buy it,
I'm sorry for your wallet... Or maybe your rich haha. Probably an engineer or something.
I love those mmcx to 2 pin connectors. I use them to run my Isine 20 balanced.
spend $80 on IEMs, there are plenty of good ones that do the job well enough (in general). if you're a musician or tech engineer with superior needs
I'm scared that I can hear the music he is playing, those things are so small and in his ear... HOW LOUD DOES DADDY Z LISTEN?!
I use iems because of my Hair, big Headphones mess my Hair Up and IT sucks... I have nearly Same Hair Like Michael Jackson Had About 1980
Karen from work whispering in my ear... goose dumps... and wishing HR dept doesn't exist... - true story
long lost cousin Zeos, I'll take the old pair and I promise I won't lose them!
I like vanilla... but pistacchio is my favorite
So which are better the nah nas or the skold?
Did you like the kinera baldr? I only saw your unboxing.
When you are launching your bike down a fucking mountain is when you need IEM's!
i use iems because slamming on the ground with headphones worth more than my life on my head isnt worth it. and helmets are cool too. also trying to keep headphones on while skating sucks in general
How would you compare the original Nanna vs Nanna 2.0 in terms of sound ?
I think that’s the best wall paper I’ve seen in a while
Hi my name is Timothy and I purchased two pairs of planar headphones 🎧🙃 and it's all thanks to Zeos 🤣 I second the IEM claim I only use them if I have no choice.
(lets assume that power output is adequate in all cases)
Don't really have multiple DAC of same class to test it myself.
Love IEM dont like big things on my head. I got now Fh7 and tomorrow i go get Shanling me700 + m8
Kinera Nanna 2.0 are currently on sale on hifigo for $849 (11% off)
Where he find all nice wallpapers ? Love them for my m11 and shanling M8
I was going to spend this much money on a pair of iems I would just buy the Unique Melody MEST
I have Mest and just ordered these so I can let you know.
@@johnhayes8476 let us know ASAP.
Those should be on their way to me from Apos soon. There is also a Mini-Mest.
Mini mest is not the best
@@ZReviews Did you get the japan version?
had no idea iems were inferior to the others...saves me cash in a way
Do you think A&K sr25 has enough power for these? Or Shanling M6 Pro?
Chocolate Ice Cream.
Ugh. You just reminded me about Cookies and Cream. I take it back.... Cookies and Cream wins.
Will we possibly get a UTWS3 review?
Plus adapter from mmcx to 2pin on utws3 . I just wondering how much the adapter will messup the over ear fitting .
Hello sir,
is this bigger than Fiio FH3 ?
I want to use it while sleeping,
thank you,
much love from Indonesia,
Another great video Zeos!!! Thanks
Would a Fiio BTR5 be enough to drive something like this?
Zeos please do a review for The Kinera Freya
Hope you find Dope audio planar iem for review
Audeze iSine20
@@GameOfDecidability he did isine20 review already. I wasn't talking about iem that's dope. There's a company called dope. Idk if you were confused and wrote this or just are suggesting isines
@@prabinpaudel5572 the Russian planars that come in what looks like a ration tin? They indeed look very cool.
Curious, how does someone tell the packaging for the 2.0 vs the original Nan-Na?
I've searched for the "shape of sound" video but couldn't find it, does anyone have a link?
The IFI Zen Dac is one of, if not my favorite purchase, and the bass boost really is kind of wonderful. It doesn't work for every piece of music or headphone, but it is so tasteful. For $129.99, it is a must have in my opinion.
Could you recommend to these high(er) end IEM manufacturers to offer 2.5mm or 4.4mm balanced cables?
Best IEM market description 27:55: "They're decahedral... hinge?"
I've liked mint chocolate chip before. I don't have ice cream alot tho. But i think i like gelato caramel ice cream de most. I made it to end of vidoe because I like listening to your voice on things. I already had a stake of an interest in this stuff, due to discovering your channel in the first place.passionate people inspiring.
What do you do for a living? 🧐
What I'm hearing here is that Kinera realized they suddenly had to compete with the Thieauido Monarch, so they retuned the Nana with a sub bass shelf.
