I did a project near Butler, Alabama last year. Every few days when we would go back to the hotel, there was this black man standing on the corner where we turned to back to Meridian. He always had signs claiming Republicans, Trump where evil racist, fascist, white supremacist, and all other ists. Our driver even commented on it a few times. At one point, I nearly pointed out the irony of a black man displaying those signs on a street corner in small town Alabama, and nothing happening to him. It kind of debunked everything his was saying. I doubt Cenk has been to Alabama.

The FBI Organization is left wing, but there is a lot of men, who as individuals, are right wing. A lot of ,or at least classically, what makes up the military, fire fighters, and generalally law enforcement tend to be right wing to support our country.

Take RMVE(Racially Motivated Violent Extremism). The contextual defining completely neglects non-white racial supremacy and extremism. And all AGAAVE (Anti-Government Anti-Authority Violent Extremism) is deemed "right wing" meaning anti-government socialists, communists, and anarchists are all "right wing terrorism."

I think who is more violent isn't that relevant. Both have some pretty violent people among them.
Whats more important is that Right wing violence is persecuted very heavily when it appears or even just assumed.
Left wing violence is talked down constantly and if it happens its more likely to get swept under the rug or painted as something else.
Have to point out, the El Paso Walmart Shooter, much of the media reported that the shooter was left winged based on his manifesto. However, if you actually read it, the shooter did have some anti-immigrant rhetoric, but the rest of it was clearly left leaning rhetoric. This shooter was clearly driven more by left winged ideology than right.

It's automatically apparent that anyone with an extreme view is gonna take extreme actions. The argument I think cenk is missing that in our current time in America more political violence is being caused by left leaning people. antifa and BLM are political movements/groups, antifa more so a violent gang willing to cause violence for their political views, in which democrats thought they could control. The right wing violence tends to be singular individuals with no kind of support. The Hamas thing is so interesting cause you have a bunch of left wing extremists willing to side with what many would view a slice of right wing extremism (motivation of ethnocentric purity)

The mace incident from both videos seems to be: man turns around and sees a gun pointed at him, instinctively fires the mace on the presumed assailant, gets shot. He might still be alive if he didn't use the mace, but he would most certainly be if somebody didn't point a gun at him for no good reason.

To answer the question I think what ever side is more "terroristic" depends on what side controls the culture at the moment.
The more people view one party as good and the other as evil, the more acceptable violence and harrasment becomes.

Before the Hamas masacare in Isreal; we had footage of leftist vouching for the painful deaths of people in the ocean gate incident, we had them drag guiltines in front of people's houses and we had them cheer the assaults on anyone right wing. Being maced can be lethal force. If you're maced to disable you that can be a deadly force situation. Mace is less lethal - not non lethal it can cause asthma attacks and other reactions that have been fatal. Further if you're being disabled in order for an attack to occur it can be reasonably believed that you are in fear of grievous bodily injury or death.

@@Robisquick Despite claims to the contrary, intent is really a very small part of the law. If you bear spray someone knowing they're allergic and they die from it, you get 20 years. If the only thing different about the encounter was that you had no way of knowing they were allergic, you get 10 years instead.
I think the bigger issue we should focus on is how other people take it. If a cop bear sprays someone and they die from a severe allergic reaction, do you think BLM and antifa supporters care that he didn't know?
