Thank you telling your story. Do not let things go. You have to fight to be heard when it comes to health. Fight fight fight and get a second opinion if you’re unsure. So many drs get it wrong tell you not to worry and then your noticing something else. Drs are human too. Our estate agent was 27 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. 27!!!!
Yes, I was reading a few wks ago one of the former Housewives of Cheshire found a lump in one of her breasts was told twice it wasn't anything serious/or to worry about. She still wasn't convinced decided to go private and was diagnosed with breast cancer!

I didn't think it could catch you as early as that, well it can. It's super important that we spread awareness about such vital things. It also got me to rethink a lot about what products I use; now I look at cosmetics, cleaning products and detergents very differently. 💗
Exactly it was such an anxious feeling and uncertain period for the last 2 weeks and the doctor said once you hit your 30’s you can also become more at risk but thankfully it was okay 🙏🏼

It really puts a damper on ones life which is why I say nothing in this world is important other than having good health for yourself and your family. I think after the wedding take some time to relax and heal your body. I know you’re under a lot of stress for the wedding. I think stress is the number one cause of health issues. Also, as for lumps, I have really heard that castor oil really penetrates the skin and gets rid of lumps. So if you get any masses in the future try it. Also, I would stop any processed foods (even those collagen powders/supplements you love). I think anything that isn’t made by our creator, and isn’t organic and real whole foods, isn’t good for us. I’ve also heard oat milk is the worst kind. But yeah just pay special attention to what you’re eating and drinking. Relax. Try not to stress. Even physical stress like working out too much isn’t good. But def try the castor oil. Shea Whitney (American youtuber) has some great videos about castor oil and mentions how her mom got rid of a lump by using it. Read the comments under her video and you’ll see. I think Dr. Barbara O’Neill also mentions it. Look her up if you don’t know who she is. Take care love. You looked beautiful at that event. Loved the hair and dress. I was 34 last year and diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma stage 3 with no lump , no family history and I don’t have the cancer gene , I was fit and healthy, all I had one day all of a sudden was a faint line dent which looked more like a crease from my bra , I had to have 6 months chemotherapy then a mastectomy then 18 rounds of radiotherapy and finally finished treatment last august. I’m currently in remission but every day I’m scared it’s going to return as you don’t get the all clear for 5 years ! Glad your all ok x
