@@AKBIT yes the tutorial is of ligplus but you are using pymol and rasmol too.. How you make that diagram in rasmol and pymol by using which module or tab..

@@zarlishattique4167 You must have installed RasMol and PyMOL software before using LigPlus. Moreover, you have to configure the path of RasMol and PyMOL software in LigPlus (check the video for instructions ua-cam.com/video/9GPStZ1T4Zg/v-deo.html).
