Wild Mushroom Pancakes

Making pancakes (nalystnyky) filled with mushrooms and served with pickled wild garlic flowers. Cooking this with my friend Nataliya Prepodobna Cummings, originally from Rivne, Ukraine, where they know a thing or two about mushrooms.
