I was showing my son what an air pump is. He is a special needs kid. I just typed in air pump physioball and your video came up first and top of the list in UA-cam search. Thank you for this video. It's a simple thing what you did, but it's a good simple demonstration for us special needs family. We needed a physioball for our son and his school gifted him one with a handle. But we needed to buy an air pump before using it. So before he goes into a meltdown, i quickly showed him your video, a simple video. Then he understood and walked away. So thank you for this. I recently bought an excercie ball from another brand. .. the plastic air pump feels also a bit flimsy. I have the 75 cm ball so the inflating routine was already a fitness activity on its own.
If u want to fix the crushed in pump the next time u pump up the ball put extra air in and eventually it inflates the pump then you just continue and pull the pump out and put the plug in. Hope this helps!

I just pumped a fully deflated ball (65cm) in 5:30 minutes using my lungs. Notes: I was going slow. I am 60 years old. I probably can do it in three minutes. I am currently running a 17 minute 3 k. I have asthma. Lung pumps seam to be better.
I have this ball but I have the one with the base so I'm assuming the other size is maybe for inflating the base ; just in case you also ordered the one with the base. Thanks for the demonstration!
Thanks for the video. I watched and see there's no faster way than using the pump by foot so I switched to a bike pump with a plastic attachment tip for exercise balls. I'm keeping the yellow pump just in case, tho. Just in case I lose the attachment like all other tiny things that magically disappear. Thx

I just inflated my exercise ball today, watching this video as I go along, but when I started pumping with my hands ( I paused the video) and immediately started pumping with my foot not even knowing that when I restart the video that she would also start using her foot 😅, but I managed not to mess up the plastic pedal.
Hey the blue one is to fill the ball with air and the red one is to empty the air in the ball when you have to fold it again or whatever. I tried it and iy taked the air off the ball ..bye😊
if the mfg would get rid of the pump and just include a small adapter that you could insert in a bike pump or you local gas station tire inflator. Less plastic in the dump . and it would be easier to inflate. Hose kept coming loose from the pump
I couldn't figure out the attachments to the pump. I placed the small attachment in the ball and the lager on inside the small attachment Blue is to inflate, red deflate. I have blown these up by mouth. It will give your lungs a good work out. lol
The red is for attaching the hose to the large nozzle for deflation and lets the air out faster (?) and the blue/small for inflation. Suppose to let in stay 85% inflated for 24 hours and then inflate fully (based on size of ball) and plug and use! Funny, I bought the Gonex ball and it’s the same as your yoga ball. But the Gonex ball UA-cam video shows a different pump and has full instructions on how to inflate, but did not come with any instructions in package or on Gonex website. I’m glad you have a grandma to help you become...my grandmothers were priceless to me. ❤️ I have to wait 24 hours before I fully inflate, ugh!

It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
It's already inflated now, but im sure most kids could inflate it. You don't deflate it, you keep it inflated so once it's inflated.... it will be good for a long time... possibly for the life of the ball.
Here's a short cut Take out the white mouth from the end of the inflating pipe, enter it in the ball, and use your mouth to blow it, you will be shocked, it will take hardly 2-3 mins to become large and tight. Telling from real life experience.

Thanks for the video. There is a difference between the 2 spouts. I discovered that one removes the air and the other pumps it up.
Here's the difference, the Red is for deflating and the Blue is for inflating.
