Can I ask what the finished width of strap is please? Mine ends up being 1cm wide. Is this wide enough? Thank you.
The strap width in the tutorial is about 1.25cm😊 If the bag is not intended to carry heavy items, I think a strap width of 1cm should be sufficient😄🌈

What is the purpose of the interfacing? Thank you
To stiffen the fabric. Otherwise it will be all floppy like a wet dish rag. I use fusible fleece.

@@sherryhandmade i found a cm to inches on internet and keep it open when I am making anything in cm! Very fast too!
I keep a ruler handy with my supplies.. it is easy to just look at ruler to convert the numbers...she was very nice and gave you the measurements...most won't..
