Thank you for leaving the 31 days of fitness up for us to repeat. I didn't work out as much last month as I had been, so starting up the program again has really motivated me and got me back into it. I love all your workouts, but this one keeps me on track. You 2 are the best and really fun to work out with.

This one KICKED my BUTT!! I am one of those persons who sits all day so I was definitely feeling the burn on this one. And something strange not sure which one I was doing but my feet started to hurt I think because my feet pronated really bad like my shoe stretched down to the side. But anyone good sweat today but I only burned 130 calories. Thanks guys. Have a good one. 💪🏻👏🏻❤️🙏🏻
Great workout! On the last lap of my run this morning I felt something want to give in my hamstring- Don't know how this workout will affect that- I guess I'll find out tomorrow when I run. In any case I plan to complete the 31 days in 31 days.! I appreciate this program! Thank you.
I basically can hit 2500 reps in gym weekly twice,apart from dialy workouts. I want you guys upload HIIT muscle gain and fat burning workout. Brutal workouts thanks alot
Something about lunges make my knees feel like they're about to blow out. I push through it in a way that makes me feel safe (or at least less distressed), but it makes things interesting. Burned up my muscle groups really good though, thanks guys!
I love the workouts. Just started the 31 day challenge. I ordered the resistance bands and cannot wait to get them. I notice you double up the bands to add more weight. Which ones do you double up? Just curious. Thank you
Hey Janine, I just commented on another post of yours and noticed your name looked familiar. I think you should’ve received the bands yesterday. Doubling up depends on the person. We go through the exercises first and determine which bands to use. After using them for a bit you’ll figure out what combos work for you. For me the blue and black band combo is perfect for a ton of exercises. You’ll figure it out pretty quick. The idea is to figure out which combos give you a great burn during the workout but still allow you to work through all of the working times.
Me: Using a band on Lying Hip Abductions. ACHVPEAK: You can use a band too...if you’re crazy. Me: 😂🙋🏻♀️ Crazy here! Just embracing the burn! 😉 Thanks for this workout, it definitely finished me, especially those Squat Hops at the end! Phew! Loved it 👍🏼
