Don't quote me on this, I could be wrong but I think I've figured out what everything translates to: Int/Int Value: Intelligence Stat; The importance to this person and I'll get to that soon based the conversation I've been trying to figure out myself, first I must give a little context. Context time! Due to downscaling cap on item level being in place due to the savage raiding being old content (in this case level 80), it means that item level has a hard cap, so to increase stats players have to use other methods, such as out scaling on level gear such as Relics and Crafted, with Potions and/or Food to overcome that hard limiter. Especially since Ultimates do not benefit majorly from the Echo, they are hard frozen as the hardest content in the game at that level peak and more often become more difficult as they get older and old rotations for those level ranges are scuffed as SE constantly rebalances jobs for current content by removing or replacing older actions resulting in wildly different optimal rotations for said old content - but for different reasons, it is because they become wonky due to downscaling, sometimes you could do *too much* damage. Meaning that for each tier of Ultimate, that being 70, 80 and 90 respectively have their own separate sets of best in slot gear, just as Blue Mage has their own best in slot gear based on role and playstyle while having new strategies and methods of attack to prevent the scaling change resulting in problems, best case in point the final stage of Binding Coils Savage - you can *not* solo that unsynced. Ok explanation over. TL;DR See the situation here is this Red Mage wants to see if their potions/food + gear changes their intelligence value during the fight while wearing downscaled gear and with their gearing min/maxed because they want to know if they might accidently overkill a doll on living liquid because they'll hit critical cap. Which *will* wipe the raid due to well... old mechanics which are damage sensitive don't jive with SE's balancing of old content hard set downscaling. We face similar problems in other old content fights, but SE doesn't really want to touch Ultimates, they prefer to leave them as is. "Nani" or the various stupid sounding versions of it: Is a badly written English version of the expression 何 which roughly means "what?" Gib: Give Prog/progging: short form for Progressing through each stage of a fight's mechanics as you learn positioning. It is one thing to know the mechanics, an entirely different thing to know your positioning, that you have to practice, progging is practicing positioning after you've learned mechanics. Intentionally Walling / Walling / Going to Wall: Running into the KillZone/Death DoT/DamagingAura which spawns around a boss arena in FFXIV in harder content and some dungeons with the intention of killing your own character. This is often done to reset fights by raid teams, never before have I heard it being referred to as walling, that is new to me, in the past all the teams and statics I've been in just called "reset" and we all ran into it at the same time. Apparently "walling" with no call to reset is considered a form of trolling now? Somehow? And it is reportable? Uh, no it wasn't the last time I checked, unless SE changed their very vaguely defined community guidelines in the past 3 years. Pots: Potions Wiping: Everyone in the raid dies, the boss resets. A lot of what they write is just a mix of cringe edgy trolling toxic speak which is the common language of the toxic people in FFXIV, they're easy to spot.

Look at their stats take a screen shot, wall and do it with a different set. No one understood or cared and was confused cause people either didn't read carefully or leople thought he shouldn't have even done that and used a calculator to figure it out. crits during living liquid matter cause if you crit a big hitting ability during dolls and you misjudge the damage you kill the doll and wipe the party its not about logs its about solving the mech. they were basically complaining cause if you crit too much you have to gamble your next gcd and if the next crits as well you wipe and it looks like that was what happened....
The problem with the current Ultimate scaling for old Ultimates is that we now do *too much* damage which has always been a problem for any fights with specific mechanics where you can not do too much damage; SE has slowly been redesigning older fights to stop this being an issue, such as with King Moogle Mog; But other stuff, such as Ultimates, they tend to leave alone, so it is up to the team to stagger their dps on such fights, problem is you can not stagger a critical.
Let me say first off that DPS control mechanics really should disable crit even for crit guaranteed abilities. It just sucks for DPS control if there's the usual variance of a crit direct that could kill the doll from 100. At the same time we all know from this fight alone that the hardest thing for raiders to do is to watch their gcd not be rolling for things like stillness. They could fuck their rotation and just not use midare and keep doing 123 for dolls or even enpi to prevent a wipe. But raiders aren't going to do that. Because it feels bad. And it's a rarity to find someone that will just nerf their gcds instead of the game being adjusted for them. Regardless if we disagree on this point or not though, jagd dolls in TEA and all their wipes suck lol

The crit context is the first major mechanic of TEA is Jag'd Dolls. Four players will be tethered to a doll and each tethered player has to get the doll under 25% hp before they're fed to the boss or your party will wipe. However there's lots of "doll memes" where your doll will be at 28% and you crit it and that crit kills it which will also wipe the party. So yeah, that mechanic is one where you don't want to crit because crits can throw off how many gcds you need to use on the doll to put it under 25%.
I assume Vera wanted to see if they were at a INT threshold after using a pot in tea, its not obvious what the INT value will be because its a synced duty
I *think* they're referring to potions I think they're trying to see if they're getting the full Intelligence from their potion, which can just be done with a calculator and not during the raid
Intelligence: Magic Caster's critical chance scaling is tied to Intelligence, capping it is bad because it means they have a ~25%+ chance to crit, which would instantly kill a doll - wiping the raid on living liquid because a doll needs to be alive to prevent living liquid's damage during a mechanic from doing enough to wipe as it is an attack which scales by percentage of total raid health relative to doll health. This is the *same* challenge players faced in the original Savage version of Living Liquid back when Heavensward was current content, it was nerfed because it was deemed too hard, SE brought it back for Ultimate because the raiding community wanted the challenge back.
Lol I just progged dsr with them yesterday. They don't seem that bad themselves, they were nice and non-toxic. But they seem a bit too nice raiding is hardcore thing. I think being stern goes a long way

Alright...I feel that I need to speak up about something...FF14 community is very well known for aiding or helping sprouts especially sprout streamers, however after a time I found out there are certain individuals or ppl who shove others from being part of the welcoming community, who are they to think they have that right to decide who should take part? Does that mean those who are not part of their group do not have the right to participate in welcoming sprouts?? Why are these ppl so hypocritical?? To me they are so self righteous and showing elitism, whether some ppl are in ur group or not or some strangers just want to participate as welcoming community...just let them be!!! You have no right to JUDGE others...and don't because u heard from some individuals backstabbing some poor souls some of you would start to pass judgement of condemnation, we are all part of the community regardless big or small...or individual, all of us has the right to participate....Do not just because ur part of a big group u go on Judge Dredd mode and get to decide who should participate in welcoming party...I was in a stream when a certain individual told me to 'back down', I just stay passive and silent when in the end I unfollow and exited coz he weaponize 2 raids just to shut me off. Even if u feel u need to speak up...just dm the poor guy what he/she has done wrong...don't bully or intimidate, be kind and gentle. nah wiping is common in harder content, if you mess up you aren't able to actually clear, even if you aren't dead a lot of the times. i.e. not awakening a primal=wipe it up cause you cant hit your prog point, that sorta thing
