Once again excellent content. Another estate I would recommend you look into and that's not too far from this one is the Serengeti Golf Estate. I find it different than most and has a feeling of just being generally larger than most (i.e. roads, houses, etc.) yet still has a cozy feel because its not a massive estate in scale like Midstream.
