- I arrived in Davao, and the first place I had to go check out was the Roxas night market for some night time eats! The Roxas night market has a lot of repetitive foods at many of the tents, but the food was great and super cheap. The people there are so friendly and awesome too!

I went to South Korea last year and I met a family from the Philippines and they were the kindest people I’ve ever met even though a lot of people gave me weird looks (cause I’m a Muslim and I wear Hijab) they asked me about what I believe in and about my culture. Greatest day in my life💙💙

im a westerner and tried durian with a dive right in attitude...dude i loved I guess it depends on an Individuals tastebuds but i found it to be delicious and the aroma not too overwhelming. you want to try something delicious with a bitter aftertaste try Caribbean mauby drink

I feel like the most important and most neglected aspect of keto is the fasting. Yes cutting out carbs will help you reach your fitness goals faster, but I think just having a solid 16-hour fast will work wonders for most people.
