Great video, especially for covering how to adjust those slotted straps. I prefer metal strap locks too, though it's important to remember to finger-tighten the nut on those every once in a while as they do start to come loose over time.

If you have a guitar like a Les Paul or SG where neck dive( the neck drops toward the ground when you carry it) is an issue, strap locks will save your guitar.

The only thing I would add is this: get a bass guitar strap instead (3 inches / 7.6cm width). Your shoulders and back will thank you. Guitar straps should be prohibited! lol
