How to Increase Brightness & HDR Color in COD Modern Warfare 3 on Xbox Series X (Quick Method)

To adjust the brightness in Modern Warfare 2 on Xbox Series X, you can follow these steps:
From the main lobby, head over to the Settings tab and then toggle down to the Graphics section.
While you are here, scroll down to the Brightness option and then select it.
Now you can increase or decrease the brightness as you please.
If you are experiencing HDR issues, you can try calibrating the HDR settings by following these steps:
Go to Settings - TV & display options.
From the General - TV & display options menu, select Calibrate HDR for games.

I did this, but when I open COD it's still the same dark washed out look as before I changed the settings.

Is this only applicable to TVs or does it apply to monitors as well? My game seems quite dark, and much is lost in the "shadows".

When I do this on Xbox series x for MW3 the color I'm turning the saturation and brightness up on auto changes to black... This goes for all options... Myself, my team, party, enemy, neutral, contested, squad member colors, squad member 1,2,3,4,5 & 6. Anyone have any idea why or more importantly how to fix it so it doesn't do this?
