Which trasistor you use in this video this not bc547 ? Can you tell me the number ?

During my project i noticed that better using MOS transistors than BJT because BJT ones needed high hFE to get higher current to LEDs (if lower that means more energy is loosing during day for setting higher current at night, in my project it was 220 mAh each day which was not acceptable - during night LED output about 300 mA, battery li-ion 5800 mAh), but my version was using 2 NPN ones and your is more optimized to one PNP. In TP 4056 board is one MOS as overdischarge protection, and can be used as light switch, only one external diode is needed then.

It is very dangerous to solder a LIPO Battery directly, it can cause a heat transfer directly into the battery, causing a chemical reaction, and then pop or catch the battery in flames. I would suggest some sort of batter holder and solder on the positive and negative ends of those leads. Other then that please be safe while doing this!

May I know, how does the circuit regulate the dimming of light? Is it from the solar panel itself as dimmer sensor?
