Good work, congratulations! Are the rack and piston module 3? the gear has 10 teeth, and the piston? I assume it has 20 teeth. the piston 40mm, 20mm, 10mm at the tip. The piston has a size of 400mm. If I didn't get it right, I came close.
Would you happen to know what those 2 pieces of green painted metal are. What machine does that come from? No impact press in the states matches that. Is there an equivalent?
@@ronheiland6250 It's a module 3 rack, I made one and it works very well. basically it's a rack, you could make a rack based on the gear of an automatic sliding gate module, ua-cam.com/video/nVmxwL4DayY/v-deo.html You would have to weld a piston that will push the plastic into the hot chamber. The hot chamber has to be made of 308 stainless steel.
