Thanks for the video. I have a big question, do you have a video where you recommend the best fonts for very long texts, that are easy to read and that do not strain the eyes?
Your clear instructions helped me to complete my first test and it worked perfectly. One of the difficulties I had with output to epub is that I could not share it to social media platforms @@AngeloMontilla Not sure if you have some insights there or could refer me to a place to get help.
Thank you! Check the version included may be dated with the newest version of Id. It's always best to get the newest version at this link: ajarproductions.com/blog/2015/12/08/universal-scrolling-frames-for-indesign/
great! I just have a question: can I use an mp4 (using the loop and Play on page load options) instead of a GIF file? what would be the difference? thanks!!
Hey, im currently working on a interactive magazine I just noticed that i can't a larger height than 15360 px is there any work around this? I want to make a pretty long scrolling mobile magazine. Hope you can help!
That is the equivalent to 200+ inches. You are going to create a mobile scroll greater than that size? Keep in mind InDesign has max pages sizes for both print and web. If you're doing anything greater than that size, you'll likely have to use an Illustrator art board to design the creative. Copy the creative, and paste into a scrolling frame in InDesign where you can add your buttons from there. That is just a really large size for a mobile project.
Hey there! Try one called Calibre (calibre-ebook.com/download). That seems to be the best one I have seen for Android. Also, try Google Play Books for Android. I am curious to see if that will work as well.
Thank you! I actually searched on Adobe forum and found the link. I completed the tutorial and it worked great. I really appreciate your tutorials. @@AngeloMontilla
Hi Angelo! I was wondering, is there a way to pass the final layout to the client? What's the common practice? I understand that you can ‘Publish Online’ it to demonstrate, but you don't keep it in your cloud for the client forever, right?
The Publish Online doc lives on an Adobe-hosted site. It lives there as long as you have an Creative Cloud account. This project can be shared via link or embedded to another site (ie: WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace, etc..) For something more advanced, you can export for HTML, which exports the HTML/js and Images. You will need help from a developer to get it custom coded to a site.
EPUB preview is OK. But export fixed EPUB has error, it says "Resource(s) : 1 missing Macintosh HD:Users:angelomontilla:Library:Application Support:Ajar Productions:scrollingframe:scrollingframe_epub.css" What might be the issue?
Great tutorial! I have a question, there's other formst beside epub for exporting the file? Can just be a regular pdf? Thank you in advance!
Is the stutter in the animation an effect of your recording or does it actually jitter?
great tutorial, just like to check with you if this is meant only for Apple phone and if Android phones will not be able to use this? thank you.
Very well explained. I love the speed and detail you use to teach. I didn't have to go back to rewatch any part of it. Great tutorial.
I am super glad @rosycspencer! Thanks! 🙂
Very good, but I can't publish online, there is an error problem #503f, what is the solution, please guide, thank you
Brilliant tutorial, Angelo!!! Another Home Run! Bravo.
Thanks Craig! I am glad you found it helpful 🙂

Yes, you sure can! I like your idea of adding it on loop. It'll be higher quality than the GIF.
All the best! 🙂
Such a nice surprise 🥳🥳 Welcome 😊
Nice to hear from you Meryem! Glad you enjoy the video 😃

The link for the scrolling frame extension goes to an event in the UK?
That was bizzare and not sure why that even happened. The link should be good now. Thanks for letting me know!
