콩나물 300g, 어묵 4장, 쪽파 한줌,
양파 반개
양념 : 집고추장 한큰술반, 고추가루 2큰술, 설탕 2큰술, 맛술 2큰술, 굴소스 1큰술, 참기름, 깨
Bean sprouts and fishcakes are popular and familiar ingredients to Koreans. I cooked them hot and spicy here.
A bowl of rice just disappears without the need for other side dishes!! Adjust the saltiness according to your taste.
Ingredients
300g bean sprouts, 4 fish cakes, a handful of chives,
half an onion
Seasoning: One and a half tablespoons of chili pepper paste, 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, sesame oil, sesame
* 1 tbsp here means 10g, not 15g
