I am watching this a month ahead, end of July. And I have to say I love the blue linen with lemons on. But not as a shirt, but dress!

All your ideas sound great. I especially like the sound of the PJs. I just made a Matchy Matchy collage top in a check and plain combo from Jenny Stitches. I love it and wondered why I hadn’t made it before. Happy fruity sewing. 😊. Lynne

I love the Fringe dress. So I would make that one if I had that lovely fruity fabric. 2nd choice, the double gauze pyjamas.
The pyjamas will be awesome plus I think the Donny dress will be very useful.

I love all your fabrics and ideas but I think you're most drawn to the PJ idea. My favourite would be the Fringe dress.
I loved your video! So many awesome fabric/pattern combinations. My vote is for the fringe dress in the fruity fabric. A shout out also goes to the banana and pineapple fabric. I was fortunate to be at home alone, so no one could hear me yelling “oh my G-d, I love that!” at the tv! I think the Donny dress in that would be my vote for a 2nd make! Also, I’ve never seen that Matchy Matchy pattern. So that’s for posting something really out of the box!

I love your fabric and pattern picks. The Gilbert top and shorts would be perfect in the lemon fabric. The Fringe dress is perfect for the very fruity fabric. I am working on my very first Fringe dress right now. And, wow, the pineapple and eye fabric is stunning. It would be gorgeous as a boho top or dress. I look forward to seeing what you sew. 😊
Oh please make the collage gathered top! I've been hesitating on what fabric to match with it and I love your combination and would love to see the fit in double gauze 😍

I love all of your choices. #5 is my favorite of all. You have me wanting to try them as well. Initially I was going to suggest #1.
I love the black viscose with the figs etc. on it. I have a ready to wear dress in it and it’s Nobody’s Child deadstock.

I LOVE the watermelon fabric, it will make such lovely pj's. Although.... if it was my fabric, I would make a long sleeve top to wear with jeans. I think I like your plans for the lemon fabric, so pretty. The other fabrics I immediately saw skirts, so many options of colours for tops to compliment the fruits in the fabrics
Think you should make the pjs as you are so excited about them. Did you know that Helens closet has a hack on their website to make a sleeveless version of the Gilbert. It’s my absolute fave!! Love it. Love all your ideas, look forward to seeing what you make 💕🍉🍋🍏🫐

😂😂😂 ....but I do love the pyjamas too. I got that pink double gauze in my SHJ subscription. I've made a cute shorts & top set for my year old granddaughter. It's so soft, it would make lovely pyjamas 👌🥰

That pineapple fabric is gorgeous! Sad I missed out on buying that! I think it would look awesome as palazzo pants like the Chanterelle pants. Also love the black background fruit salad fabric (no 3), can’t wait to see what you make! ❤
Love all these ideas and fabrics. Particularly excited about the fringe dress and donny dress hack. Also for the pj set maybe some of the pink fabric can be used for like a cuffed hem for the shorts and the waistband to tie it in with the top even more. Such great ideas, can't wait to see what you get made up!

Ooh - I'd go for the Fringe dress and the PJs myself. I've thought about the Fringe dress myself but never actually tried it so would be interested to see yours.
I like the Fringe Dress in fabric three the most. I do think you have really decided on fabrics five and six as PJs
Hello from California USA! You have lovely fruity fabric and your pattern/fabric matches are very spot on. But to me fabric four screams a-line swing coat. That way the vibrant design will be showcased. It reminds me of Frida Kahlo, the great Mexican artist. Fabric three would also make a really fun wide-brimmed sun hat. But you can certainly trust your style instinct; whatever you decide will be soooo fun!

So many options! I think the first fabric would be good as a Gilbert shirt, or a sun dress, love the sweater too, you can never have too many here. I also have the 3rd fabric you showed with the all over fruits, fringe dress would be nice, I'm thinking of a tiered sundress for mine. The Donny shirt dress hack would be great in the double gauze. looking forward to seeing what you choose.

I've made the fringe top twice with the notched neckline - loved them both but made them too big and they were donated but I've got the pattern out again to make the dress. Another idea for fabric 4 could be the closet core charlie kaftan, short version 😊

I love your fruity fabrics. I think onion should consider making the apple print into the Helens Clset Elliot tee view B or C. It’s basically a cropped or regular tee and you can make it a regular scoop neck. I also love your watermelon do me gauze and have been meaning g to try the match match top. I would love to see your version!! Good luck

My vote is for the sleepwear set. Funny thing is that I had decided just last night that my lemon cotton novelty print was going to become a sleepwear set made from the Collage shirt and a Simplicity shorts pattern. Great minds think alike. 😂

I found the matchy matchy top quite short even though i lengthened it. I used a stripey fabric two ways. Lived your fabrics and pattern choices

I absolutely love your lemon fabric. I wish I had some of that. I would probably make a Love Notions Tempo Dress from it. I also love the watermelon fabric. Clearly I’m a bit more out there than you because I think it would make a fabulous Fringe dress. Although, I will admit, it would also be really cute as pyjamas.

Lovely fabric and ideas. I did the same. Absolutely sure I had no fruity fabric and then found some with red/pink little cherries on. 😊 Getting ready to make the True bias Calvin wrap dress with it. Look forward to seeing your fabric made up. ❤

Kind of hoping you will choose the Donny Shirt/dress hack as I want to do that too! Note re the Matchy Matchy ... I'm tall (like you) and I had to change where the side panels meet as the ruffle is in totally the wrong place (right on the apex!!). Dropped it down 1.5 inches and it was perfect. x
