I’m getting the exact opposite-I’m only breaking out on the areas that AREN’T covered by a mask!!! My forehead is always angry and it’s really pissing me off.

Honestly my acne wasn't even that bad in middle/high school. It wasn't until I had been out of college for years that I started noticing more issues!! So yes adult acne is 100% normal!
Yes, I went a little crazy buying makeup the last two years and now I feel pressured to wear it every day, even when I don`t want to. I spent over a grand so need to use it before it goes bad.
@@anh7807 I have powder products from 10 years ago that are in perfect condition! Makeup companies want you to think it goes bad so quickly when it def doesn't! I'm sure creams don't last that long but even then I have some that are several years old and work great, look the same have no mold or anything and don't have any bad smell or anything either! I use them and have no bad reactions or anything! So I think you'll be fine! If something changes color or smells or look moldy that's when you need to be worried but that takes a very long time to happen! Don't let them trick you into throwing out stuff that's still in great condition! They want you to keep wasting product and buying more!

I don't know if someone said this already but I had maskne too till I heard to hand wash them using a gentle face wash. It has gotten sooo much better since!
If that’s works for you, you should try the Aveeno baby eczema oat bath treatment. I mix it with water and apply it to a sheet mask (with nothing on it) and it works great 😊
Try using loving tan “dark” and a fine tipped brush.. it looks so natural and will stay if you put it on bare face. Also looks great applied over makeup. I SWEAR by it. I’ve literally used a whole bottle on just freckles this past year. Lol. I, like you, have tried it all...

Use eyeshadow and tiny angle brush, I start with a lighter color and then little by little I flick it until I’m satisfied, then I color over that with a darker brown or black shadow. But sometimes I just leave it at the light shadow like a contour color :)
My go to makeup and/or beauty routine is shea butter on my lips and hopeing I don't look to tired. Then I put my hair up. I just started working after maternity leave and anything more is to much effort right now.

A literal goddess i love this every day look. Because of covid my makeup routine has been cut in half. Literally. I don't ever put makeup below my mask since it smudges with it on. So my go to every day look is mascara, brow pencil, highlight, concealer for my Gucci undereye bags then powder to set everything.

The mask acne is from friction while wearing the mask, and bacteria when the mask isn’t washed often and your face isn’t super clean underneath. But mostly, from friction.

Since I have to wear a mask for work, I usually only use eyebrow powder. When I feel like doing a little more I do undereye concealer and eye makeup like you just did, except no falsies

i usually add more blush thats like pink and sparkly and a ton more colorful eyeshadow and big liner to all that reg face makeup lol that is my go to everyday

I had that same problem and bought benzoyl peroxide 10% and after a week it was completely gone

I spray the inside of my masks with an antibacterial mist. I like Aura Cacia Purifying Tea Tree Room and Body Mist.

Good to know! Now it makes sense why there’s only pimples in the areas where the edge of the mask rubs against my skin.
