Man, it's amazing that you make a 3D animation of Dr.Livesey. But still follow the same movement just like in the original cartoon
Thanks! Well, the original idea was to just make a rigged 3d model and put it out there, but I got a bit carried away.
Well, if you have experience and remember how Livesey moved in the original animated movie, then you would know how to make him move like that.
And e moves much faster

to be fair the animation is a bit off, but its mostly because the animator kinda left his head to stay still in the walk so it looks weird to me
I don't doubt that he is, but the animator ain't quite there yet. he somehow managed to take a character as animated as lively and make them boring and lifeless.
Livesay is such a dedicated doctor! The steps he’s willing to take both literally and metaphorically to improve the health of his patients is truly awe-inspiring.
He feels so intimidating, yet feels like a jolly friend. You captured him quite well~

Well, Dr. Livesey is a military veteran, so I'm sure he know how to "command" respect.
Put it into VR, and we’d have ourselves a masterpiece! Livesey would be an amazing motivator for those who want to lose weight, and get the ladies!
AND to stop drinking! You can do anything in healthy amounts though.

@Austin I. Try switching to seltzer water. It has all the bubbly fun without the gritty feeling on your teeth afterwards. Also no sugar. But with the flavored ones like lemon, lime, watermelon, what have you, you don't need it.
Just don't go for the ones with aspartame. Those have a gross aftertaste. No sweeteners necessary.

Two words: brilliant and awesome, you managed to make the same moves Livesey did in the animated movie, and the model is pretty accurate, but instead of it being a modern medical room, you should have put the same place the rum-addicted captain was, also, I think you should make Long John Silver next and his walk with the Keraunos Killer music but slowed down. If you don't know which song I'm talking about, it is this one:

I'm glad you liked it! I was thinking about making a more authentic room, but the idea was to put Dr.Livesey in a more modern environment and make him help the protagonist fight through his addiction. Yeah, and I'm not planning to do John Silver's walk, this video was just one time thing, I didn't plan to make it a franchise, so to speak. Hope to not disappoint you later though.

It's so fxcking cool when a part of your culture is being appreciated and enjoyed by people from all around the world. Sure, maybe it is just a meme, but I'm sure some of y'all will watch the whole cartoon. Slavic people of multiple generations love it, even my great grandma liked it. Спасибо! Помню, спорили, что лучше 2д или 3д. Ответ - делайте то, что вам больше подходит. Но мне нравится смешивать их, поэтому я должен был попробовать это здесь.

Wow. Livesey looks mazing in 3D. Usually 3D versions of 2D things is a gamble on whether they look good or not.
Good work! You can see the care you put into imitating the small details of the original animation, except for the tattoo scene, but that was already a bit complicated. Very good 👍
