Great vids, I learned quite a bit. I've found was to "work the system" in mine. One of the ways is you don't need a front loader to load your tippers from pallets at the shop. All you need to do is buy the pallet and move your tipper to it and the option to fill comes up so you can load from the ground. On the same note to move fertilizer from your shop to your farm without a trailer, first fill it from ground as above, then drive to your farm and use the unload option to "drop" it , then go back for more.
Waw! I’m subbing! You explain it really well and quickly which is what I love! Instead of all those other ones that take 5 hours to get into the video!
except for how to use straw bales... "Use this or that with a front loader" What do you mean? Does it attach to a tractor? Or you mean literally transport it to the farm?
Thanks for the guide! Just a note, you say that you need to give them straw for liquid manure and just feed for solid, while it's the other way around. Pretty sure you already know that, but made a small mistake.
Thanks for the info I just started and got about 20 pigs. So thanks for telling me how to feed them and give them water and breed them to make some money!!
This isn't related to this video.. But.. I was wondering if you knew of a way to trade between farms in multiplayer. Say I'm strictly animal farming and my brother is crop farming, do you know if there is a way for us to trade say, manure for straw?
Do the different colored pigs breed together or do they have to be the same. They all show different reproduction rates when you clicked on them. On 17 The slurry was generated from the food and the manure was from straw. That is if I remember right.
thankyou for the info I have been struggling with how to feed my pigs and have been buying big bags so now I can save myself some money thankyou again.
This is a fantastic video really helped me step by step in setting up pig farm I would never have known what items to buy with everything pigs produce and what to feed them thankyou very much for such good niche market really easy to find your videos and fantastic helped, liked and subscribed will stay tuned for me, to build a farm and have more of a understanding on what items to use etc, 😁😁 5* rating
You will need a slurry spreader/tank for slurry, and a manure spreader for manure; slurry and manure are two different ‘fertilizer’ byproducts from the animal. I’m sure you’ve already figured it out since I posted this, but hopefully I help somebody else with the same question. By the way, the area in which you refill slurry will be next to the miniature silo that has manure building up - you’ll know which one the slurry refill station is by wooden planks covering what looks like an underground cellar.
I am surprised that this awfully wrong "Tutorial" can have likes.... You should NOT give pigs oilseeds since they do not worth it since most new players play Easy.
Where are you buying the feed in bulk like that? I can only find the "big boxes" in the store. I visited the silos and stuff and can't find anything. Or are you farming it?
I never go into pigs. They require to much of my valuable crops. I usually stick with sheep and cows. I may try chickens but they may not bring in much money. I tried the horses but it takes 10 game days to max a horse's value. During that time they are consuming oats that I could sell. That's too many oats. It also takes up too much time. 8 horses require 40 minutes of training every in game day. Nope.
We are complete opposites! :) I only train about two or three horses at a time and they barely eat any oats. It seems they go through hay much faster. And I love once pigs get to a 2-hour reproduction rate you can sell 10/day. It does take a lot of crop though.
Another handy thing is the Grimme machine that lets you make boxes of potatoes or sugar beets. That lets you make a stash of root crops to store away near your pig farm. Also you can build a dedicated silo near where you keep your pigs, or if you're feeling clever and plan ahead you can locate your pig farms close to one of the railroad silos and use them to your advantage.
Cleaning and (re)feeding them with the "waste" is missing (and yes, "nobody" cares because who plays old games, amirite? (Don't know if I'm right, but I do know I'm being sarcastic here))
Thank you, thank you, thank you! There are so many games that I've learned to play by watching UA-cam videos. Can you dump straw straight into the pigs strough with the loading wagon?
In minecraft it's just like: Step 1: build a pen Step 2: get 2 pigs Step 3: give them carrots or potatoes so the breed Step 4: wait so you get atleast 10 pigs Step 5: kill 8 pigs for food Step 6: repeat everything from step 2 with the 2 remaining pigs
Can you tell me if pigs are a good way to make easy money cause i don t know if it s better to sell the crops or give it to the pigs. Please help me thx
1314K3 VGUP no. It’s too expensive and your better off growing the crops yourself while only supplementing pig food when you don’t have quite enough crops to top off the food meters.
Thanks I noticed I was missing some cattle too after I typed this so I figured it was so the frame rate didn’t drop because of too many animals on screen. Kind of cheesy but I guess it’s better than the alternative
You may buy an animal trailer and transport livestock to Animal Dealer. I hoped it will be shown here. With it you might save money on transport fee, perhaps even get better price, but I am not sure about it.
Thanks man. I'm playing farming simulator 19 right now and you're helping me a lot man. Thanks a lot

Good comment bro
I was loading my pig food into the wagon and it dropped in and now I can’t get it out 👍😂
I like how he’s so specific and goes thru everything I needa know step by step

True

to bad you can't use the mixing machines/vehicle from the cow feed to mix/combine the pig feed🤔🤔🤔🤔😯😯🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸
I have a mod that mixes it for me I havent tried it though.
Thanks for the info I just started and got about 20 pigs. So thanks for telling me how to feed them and give them water and breed them to make some money!!
thnx for the video, but I don't have the animals menus in the game menu? So i can't see what they need to eat etc
The fact that you were able to connect the four tippers was impressive enough. Great video.
You can make huge tipper trains if you keep connecting a new one to the front of the train rather than trying to reverse the lot.

I dont understand how anyone can dislike this video
Hi whete did you get pig bags food, cant find them anywhere.??
Does it matter if pigs are the same color for faster grow up?
Another great vid, and what may seem a silly question, but why, when I clean the pigs can't I put it back into the pig trough
One question. is it true that i get more money if i transport pigs to the animal dealer in a wagon and sell there? great video thanks
Thank you. Great video, very helpful.

Say I have a slurry tank empty, I bring it to solid manure and tap to fill them I can fertilize my fields ?

Wow who knew pigs were such gourmets? My uncle fed his pigs table scraps lol.
Yep, realistically, pigs will just eat whatever is left over of anything since they’re omnivorous.
can i sell slurry

Yes but I goes on the ground not the trough.
In minecraft it's just like:

Thanks, this was surprisingly unintuitive. I thought I could just simply put the bales in the area and cut it up.

good video
Does the amount of pigs you have affects the reproduction rate?
Yup!
This is probably a stupid question but can you make a profit from buying pig food
1314K3 VGUP no. It’s too expensive and your better off growing the crops yourself while only supplementing pig food when you don’t have quite enough crops to top off the food meters.
How do you clean the pen
Thank you 👍
My menu says I now have 14 pigs but I only count 10 in my enclosure.. anybody know why this is ? Where are my missing pigs lol
They don't show the exact number in the pen it's the same with me I have 100 chickens but there is 10 it's probably because they can't fit
Thanks I noticed I was missing some cattle too after I typed this so I figured it was so the frame rate didn’t drop because of too many animals on screen. Kind of cheesy but I guess it’s better than the alternative
Good video you helped me a lot thanks
Odd question, can you still take the pigs somewhere to sell them or is it all just done at the enclosure?
You may buy an animal trailer and transport livestock to Animal Dealer. I hoped it will be shown here. With it you might save money on transport fee, perhaps even get better price, but I am not sure about it.
Do you have to clean the slurry or can you just leave it there?
Just leave it.

How do u sell pigs
Same menu you use to buy them. You'll just move them from the right menu to the left menu.
