Later, during the 70's Lennon mentioned many times (in almost every interview) that he never quiet liked their own sound, not even their own music. He was very ascerbic about himself too. He admitted though, that The Beatles were at their top-best after recording the first LP. During that time they still performed in Pubs and small venues, and already the lines to get in where blocks long. According to Yoko and others around him, John never gave himself too much credit as Rhythm Guitar Player (which is crazy). By Paul's recollection, after they met a couple times in NYC John seemed more at peace with himself and could talk about the good ol' days and reminisce.

What’s your evidence? Just your saying so is not persuasive.
@@odietamo9376 This footage was not commonly available in Lennon's lifetime. Also, I remember seeing this clip of them watching TV, and I can't recall what they watched, but it wasn't the Cavern footage.
Sorry, I know none of these are much of an evidence, but if you spend 20 years as a Beatles fan, you just know these things. Someone may help me by linking the real footage, or maybe the uploader will clarify things, because it's obviously a fan-made mash-up (and a good one, I must add).
@@andrasszabo9346 I don’t know if you are right or not, but at least you present a plausible argument for your point of view. It is the assertions with nothing to back them up that I object to. I agree that it would be helpful if the person who posted the video offered further information. I wonder-this is just my own speculation-if the story is true even if the video is a combination of two things. In other words, two films combined to illustrate a true story for which there is no video record. (Btw, I’m a Beatles fan too, ever since they first appeared. I was even lucky enough to see them live twice, in ‘64 and ‘65.)
Here we are looking back at someone looking back
That made me emotional. I'm sure John was too.
Amazing😍😍😍
Already with Ringo on drums!
Crazy 😮 how fast the fashion changed from 1962 to 1969 😮
Somebody should offer these guys a contract.
Upcoming: John Lennon looks at a footage of John Lennon watching a footage of John Lennon.
That's funny!
No. That's incorrect
Infinity mirror reflection
HAHA
Love ya Johnny. Rest in peace
I could watch The Beatles for hours on end - at any era.
Its great to born at just the right time.
John looks like he can’t believe he’s going to leave the group and bring all of that to a screeching halt.
A screeching halt. Good way to describe Yoko.
Paul still plays that bass to this day
They sound so in touch what a band
But now that I live in upside down world 🌍
I WOULD BE PROUD. AMEN ☦️❤️
LO INCREIBLE ES QUE NO PASARON NI 10 AÑOS DESDE EL CAVERN HASTA DONDE ESTA LENNON EN ESTE VIDEO, UN CAMBIO ROTUNDO
Es trucho....no estaban viendo eso .
Its Fake .
Back then performance wise they were streets ahead of any group.
How cool was that!!! It looked like he was immersed into it all over again!
Would love to see his reaction!
rockin since the fucking beginning man. i used to be more of a fan of them post 66 but im starting to realize how much early mop top goodness ive been missing out on
I didn't really like going into the cavern it was just so hot that your sweat sweated even the walls did as well and I'm being absolutely serious..
This is only 7 years apart. Seems like 17.
one of the concerts/performances i wish i could go back in time and watch😩
What a tight group of young guys.
Wow. :')
He notoriously hated his own singing voice. But John, says I, you could cover Isley Brothers songs and make them even more energetic.
Nobody's voice breaks quite like Lennon's.
And he was a killer rhythm guitar player. So swinging! They were all AWESOME!
They were just so darn isnync with each other
What Awesome Lads. 🎸🎸🥁📻📺☺️
Yokos like "id sure like to screech incessantly over that while wearing a plum".
Yes🤣😂
Seeing that performance in 1962 really shows just how long ago this actually was lol. They seem in studio videos not much different from us, makes me forget this was 60 years ago!
The savage young beatles !!
What an energy !
Yoko looks jealous
Jealous of what?
You can almost feel John thinking "OMG what have I done how could I break this up"
John looks very interested.
Goose step mama
Undercover charge
Yoko: Shit, John! Why I wasn't there??
John: You didn't creep in yet, honey.
Yoko: Right, sweetie.
