Гостевой Дом. День 11-18, Ветрозащт, Фасад, Эковата/Wind protection, Facade, insulation of ecocotton

День 13-14ый. Ветрозащита каркасных стен, установка обрешётки и mouse protect фасада.

😍 Эти два дня были просто рай по сравнению с погодой, которая нас ждала позже. Ветер под 10м/с, снег, летящий в лицо, и мокнущие перчатки (главный враг на стройке). Но когда мы делали ветрозащиту, мы об этом ещё не знали. Поэтому без спешки и частого хождения погреться в бытовку установили по всему периметру ветрозащиту фирмы Rockwool. Бюджетный вариант ветрозащиты. Защиту крепили с помощью колотушки-степлера, скобами 8мм. Поверх ветрозащиты поставили вент-брусок для продувки фасада. Не забываем про защиту от грызунов.

🤓 Монтаж фасада, в принципе, - дело несложное, если не брать во внимание понятие оптимизации (Это когда заказываешь материал и тебе вместе с ним присылают так называемую раскладку (то есть из какой доски какую пилить и какой обрезок остаётся). Проще простого, скажете вы, но это не так. Помимо того, что практически нет права на ошибку,ведь материал идёт практически без запаса, так ещё и сметчики не учитывают расстояние между обрешёткой, и не всегда конец доски приходит на неё. Вот и начинаешь думать, что да куда. ⠀
День 15-17ый: все тот же фасад. (ENG below) ⠀

Раз мы поставили цель сделать фасад за 4 дня, придётся соответствовать. А то напишете: строят дома в реальном времени, а сами спустя месяц выкладывают. Но нет, я все-таки стараюсь придерживаться хронологии событий😉 ⠀

🚴🏻‍♂ Вышли на работу 4 января, в пятницу. И условными темпами за 1 световой день управились практически с 2мя стенами. Осталось добить лишь 6 досок фронтона, и начнём приколачивать подшивку. А то погода с каждым днём все интереснее, поэтому надо скорее закончить с работой вне дома и приступить к утеплению внутри. Совсем скоро будут новые видео от наших друзей #эковата. ⠀

⛑День 18ый. (ENGLISH below)⠀

🦶🏼Закончив обшивать фасад дома, сразу взялись за подготовку пола для задувания утеплителем #эковатой. Задача нудная и энергозатратная, т.к приходится перемещаться по лагам пола, под которым уже натянута сетка. И попробуй наступи мимо - сразу вспомнишь, что такое ползать под домом по-пластунски.⠀

😍 These two days were a Paradise compared to the weather that was waiting for us later. Wind of about 10m/s, snow blowing to your face and wet gloves (aka the main enemy at the construction site). But when we were putting wind protection, we didn't know about it yet. Therefore, with no haste or frequent walking to warm up in the shed, we installed around the perimeter the windproof of the company Rockwool. Budget option of the windproof. Protection was fastened with a stapler beater, staples of 8mm. On top of the windscreen we put a vent bar for blowing the facade. Do not forget about protection from rodents, the photo shows how we attached it. That's all for now, tomorrow we will begin to attach the front Board with raised pile.

👺 Day 14, the facade of the pediment. ⠀
🤓 Installation of the facade is in fact not complicated, if you do not take into account the concept of optimization. It is when you order the material and along with it they send you the so-called “layout”. It says where to saw what board and what length you will have left. You might say it’s easy, but it's not. In addition to the fact that there is almost no room for a mistake, because there is just enough material to do it correctly and not an inch more. Also, estimators do not take into account the distance between the crate, and the end of the board doesn’t always end up fitting where it should. That’s when one starts to think and kalculate. ⠀

Once we have set a goal to complete the facade within 4 days, we shall deliver. Otherwise you will point out that we claim we build a house in real time, but spread the posts a month apart. So, I still try to adhere to the chronology of events😉⠀

🚴🏻‍♂ So, went to work on January 4, Friday. Within the first day we were almost done with 2 walls. It remains to finish off only 6 boards of the pediment. And to start pinning the sheet set. The weather is more and more interesting every day, so we need to finish the work outside the house and proceed to the insulation inside. 🦶🏼 Having finished sheathing the facade of the house, we immediately took up the preparation of the floor for blowing the insulation #эковата. The task is tedious and energy-consuming, because it is makes you to move on the floor logs, under which the grid is already stretched. На мой вопрос, почему не используете СИЗ, он ответил объёмы не большие, так что нормально. Я удивился на этом мы и разошлись. Для меня это. Было дико.
