These beaches are all very nice. They are as good as any on Koh Chang. I made a video of the top 4 beaches there also if you want to see them. Top 4 Beaches on Koh Chang Island - White Sand to Lonely Beach - 2022 ua-cam.com/video/1D7xRV82t9E/v-deo.html
@@udayjohn5623 you can get to the island by ferry from Trat or by speed boat from Koh Chang. I made a video from Trat to the ferry and what it’s like. Here is the video of that. You can also take a songtaw from the bus station in Trat and they take you right to the ferry pier. In the video of getting to Koh Kut (in the description) I included a link to the ferry companies. Make sure you book it at least the day before or they might be sold out and you would have to spend another night in Trat. This was my first time to the island and the ferry part of the trip always worried me so I went to Koh Chang instead. After going there I really didn’t need to worry about it since it’s really pretty easy. Hi, I enjoyed your video and its methodical presentation. I'm a distance swimmer and over there around mid to late April and wondering if you could comments on how swimable it is at the time? Thanks in advance!
Glad you enjoyed the video. I’m not sure about how swimmable it is at that time of year. I just left the island of Koh Mak on Sunday (it’s the island right next to this one) and the seas were very rough. Here is the link to the snorkeling trip we did if you want to see what it was like. I have been here only one time in May but I have been to Koh Chang probably 50 times. Koh Chang is one of the neighboring islands and is in the same weather pattern. The best weather is December to February. This part of Thailand is in the top 3 for most rain so you could get a lot of rain. Generally if it does rain it rains in the evening for a little bit and the days are nice. I hope this helps. If it was me I would book it. Here is a link to monthly rain that might help. www.climatestotravel.com/climate/thailand/ko-chang As far as crowds the island is not crowded at all. Just make sure you have your ferry tickets booked in advance because they can fill up. In my getting to Koh Kut video I show some of the ferries if you want to see what that is like.
