Well done mate. All those people who said don’t do it will start calling you lucky when you are living with ease and they are still working. Be prepared for that.
Samuel: I’ve never spoken to him before but I’m going to ring him *phone rings* Tyrone: Hi Samuel OMG can’t believe u called👀 100% knows him, probs one of Samuel’s houses😂😂😂
Because Samuel's people have already been in contact with him so he's expecting the call. Would you just ring randomly when you're filming a video? No. You'd prep for the call so that you have a meaningful video. It's called planning. Successful people plan. How is that hard to understand?
When u say u dont need a hmo license for 4 bed or below, in Stoke-on-Trent u need a hmo license for 3 or more people from 2 households living together in house sharing amenities.
Does he need a license mandatory HMO, or no ? Bcus he has 4 tenants in 4 bedroms And also is it necessary to have number on the doors and is it necessary to have fire doors?
Quick question. When you buy a house for 100k with 25% deposit then after some time its worth 150k. How much can you can pull out from it? Is it 75% from 150k minus 25% deposit paid earlier? Can any one explain that?
ralph F You basically get another 75% mortgage on the new valuation of the house which is £150,000. So the bank essentially give you 75% of £150,000 which is £112,500. You will then pay off the other mortgage of £75,000 with the new loan the banks given you leaving you with the difference (£112,500- £75,000 = £37,500). So now you’ve pulled out your deposit money plus another £12,500. Hope this makes sense it’s it might sound confusing.
Great video, Samuel. I like how you appreciate people and encourage them. Keep it up, bro!
Love how Samuel builds people up rather than tear them down even if he wouldn't necessarily agree with how they do things. True sign of a role model.
Wow. Samuel you totally deserve a CROWN.
Thank you

How much is the average monthly fee for a hmo manager ?
samuel is 27!?!?!?!? I thought he was in his mid 30's
Would you say you can have a 4 bed hmo with only 1 bathroom and no living room also how do you do the council tax for a hmo?
Council tax would be included in the rent. Preferably, rent should include all utilities.
