Wife कितना भी कमाती हो, अगर वो चाहे तो सारा घर खर्चा पति को ही करना पड़ेगा, पत्नी द्वारा अपनी कमाई हुई पूरी सैलरी वो अपने ही अकाउंट में रख सकती है अगर 10 साल बाद 25 लाख रुपए अकाउंट में जमा करके, केस कर दे, तो वो उसका ही धन माना जायेगा, जॉब छोड़कर केस कर सकती है, intetim maintainane के समय उस पर कोई चर्चा नहीं होगी,
जब तक साथ रहेगी गृहस्थी का सारा समय जॉब में लगा सकती है, सारी कमाई अपने बैंक में जमा कर सकती है, वहीं दूसरी तरफ पति घर बसने की आस में लगा रहता है, पति ये सोचता है कि helping hand, लेकिन कानून, पति की सोच से बिल्कुल अलग है
आजकल ज्यादातर पत्नियां सारा कानून सीख कर आती है

Lekin court gyan kyu deti hai .. what does it matter what a person does or does not until it's criminal .. why court asks about aukaat .. can anyone ask it in reverse to court about y so many caes are pending and if no aukaat to resolve those cases simply resign ..Niji mamla hai bolke Niji nahi mante .. why cant the court made answerable .. I never understand indian judiciary .. why cannot they remain objective and professional.. here is common man and they r laughing and making fun and asking about aukaat .. what is this ?
