I can’t get enough of grungy yellow, greens, and browns my favorite adorable palette in my collection is the Colourpop boudoir noir palette….the shades desire(a brown/yellow and late text(mossy green) are heaven.

@@AndreaMatillano Yes, and it seems most other UA-camrs consider the low-key shadows to be bad. Because of dexterity and coordination issues with my hands, I tend to be heavy-handed when applying powder eyeshadows - blushes, too - so less pigmented colors are sometime a good thing!

Yes the summer breeze palette from e.l.f. is a re-release, it used to be part of the mad for matte collection. I know because I still have mine lol. I'm 99% sure the new palette "rose gold sunset" is a re-release too, missed out on it when it was around though so I wanted to pick it up if I was hearing good reviews about this formula. I love using summer breeze in late summer/early fall with a peachy shimmer on the lid.

Oh my gosh I’m loving the new Catrice palettes! I picked up the nude and the rosy/pink toned one and love them! Definitely grabbing the mocha one next😂 The Covergirl shadows blew me out of the water at how far they came! They’re beautiful!! Also the Hardy Candy palettes are soo good too!! Love their color stories and their blend ability! You definitely do not have to spend alot of $$ on shadows nowadays, the drugstore brand are really bringing it!! My favorite combo to use with the : Flower Beauty desert lights is the : Patrick Ta : Major Dimensions II ! Those two are my favorites together!
I personally feel like they compliment each other so well ! Whenever I use of of those palettes I have to use the other, no doubt! ☺️ & profusion has some really good eyeshadow palettes and highlighters ! ( they give a perfect shimmer to the eyes and face ! I love using their highlighters on the lid and body ! Especially during the summer !! This brand is so good !! ) 😁😁😁✨✨✨

I love those Essence 6-pan palettes! I find that I reach for those the most. Actually, I probably need to hide them for a while, so I'll use some of my other palettes.
They’re great to travel with! Small, but still 6 different shades AND a mirror. So easy to stash in a bag.

That Jason wu matte eyeshadow palette looks awesome! I am always looking for a white or light cream matte shadow for my inner eye to open my eyes because they are small, and transition shades are a must and I feel like most palettes don’t have enough lighter transition shades.
Gorgeous makeup look! I love all of my Elf 4 pans and I have a lot. I do have a classic large pallet. Enjoy the Nyx pallets, Makeup Revolution and Profusion. I have a lot of drugstore which is amazing considering I am a high end girl
I want to try the new Elf palettes. I know that the Summer breeze palette has been out for years. Kathleen LIghts used to rave about that one.
I got a few of those catrice palettes too. I got mine on amazon as a recommendation from Tati and im glad i did. I love that they are not so pigmented i cant work with them but still buildable and the shimmer is nice!

I do like the new milani six pans. They finally changed their formula again and its getting closer to my favorite formula from them that was in their gold packaging with 12 pans.

I've been looking for a pink and mauve palette lately and have had my eye on Natasha Denona's Retro, but the price point is a deterrent. Do you have any recommendations that are a similar color story and is still a great formula?
I am too. I have looked at Elf Rose Gold,Tarte Juicy, Color Pop and Juvias Place. Nothing is catching my eye
That Shimmering Sands quad was everything back in the 90’s and went through IT ALL with us. 😂
Those catrice eyeshadows were actually part of fall/winter 2022 collection but none of the less I also like them. Or the one, electric rose, that I have. Pro slim palets are still hit or miss for me.

I wish I had watched videos like these before I started buying makeup because I really fell into then idea that you had to buy lux brands. I do love my lux palettes but I could have had a good collection with more store brand eye shadows as well. J Cat is a great brand! I also love their highlighters. This was a great video ❤❤

I might get the Catrice Cosmetics 6 In A Box Eyeshadow Palette in Golden Nude Look. The Elf Colorful Eyeshadow Palettes in Rose Gold Sunset, So Bright Now and intergalactic I can't decide which shade to get. I love the Hot Jalapeño shade in the Elf Bite Size Eyeshadows. Covergirl Clean Fresh Clean Color Eyeshadow Quads I'm thinking about getting in Spiced Copper, and Golden Toffee. Milani's Glided Mini Eyeshadow in Champagne Problems, Called Me Old Fashion, The Wine Down and It's All Rose are beautiful to create many looks combined. I do own the Essence 6 Pan Palettes in Dancing Green, My Rose Will Go On, Nothing Compares To Nude, Coral Me Maybe and Bronzed This Way, I feel like I take a couple of shades out of those palettes and make them into a bigger palette. I love how pretty the LA Girl 4Plat Eyeshadow Quad Palette in Feel Good is on the lid. It's a dupe for Ofra Cosmetics Symphony Palette and they look so pretty combined together. I just bought Colourpop's Deja Brew Eyeshadow Palette and a couple of the shades are broken. I love the Blush Crush Palette but if you drop that palette, it would shattered.
I got the huda beauty cool mattes palette for only 16 dollars, they were doing a half off sale at Sephora and girl that and her matte lipstain in the berry shade make the prettiest monochrome look 🥰🥰🥰 I wouldn't have bought the palette at full price!

You missed the best one of all 😅 the Revlon so fierce prismatic palette. They have 3 or 4 colour versions and unfortunately I still only have 1. (Just posted a video about last week on my channel) I would put that one against any mainstream high end palette any day. (Not indie though) Amandaz was the one who steared me towards it and I completely agree, it's amazing, you should check it out. 😁😘💖😘💖

This is exactly the kind of video I've been looking for! So much information I feel like I won't waste my money. Thank you!!! I know these are not new but I just got the wet n wild lights off 10 pan palette. I can't believe it was $5 at Walmart! I'm enjoying it so much. I just got a compliment on an eye shadow look I made with it.
I had that Summer palette years ago and wasn't impressed. Maybe it's me but, they blend away. So I decluttered and now am thinking maybe a new formula.
I live in sweden and unfortunatly we can´t really get a hold of any of these brands (sometimes you can find Elf and Milani but only a few older products, never new releases) and it makes me so sad. We have access to other drugstore prized brands but I don´t think any of them makes good eye shadow sadly. I usually stick to higher prized palettes because of this but I would LOVE to have more affordable options with good quality.
ELF did have 10-pan palettes and specifically a matte nudes palette. I still have it! LOL

Sadly only about half these brands are available in Australia. The main drugstore brands we have Revlon, Loreal, Flower Beauty, Maybelline, Essence, Elf, and probably a few other local ones I never see on youtube (like Australis). No Catrice, No JCat, no Milani, no LA-Girl, no Colourpop. I bought some of these brands when I was in the U.S. for a business trip, and was impressed with the selection of drugstore brands. If I had lived there, I'd never buy high end stuff - there's no need.

As someone who lives in Europe, I can say that the Catrice palette is not a recent launch. I've seen the palette in our local drugstore in Austria since 2018, but they did change the formula two years ago.
Edit: The Essence Palettes are unfortunately not available anymore in Europe 🙈
We just recently got the Catrice palettes in the US! I don’t know why we get some of their launches so much later. I wonder if they just end up launching some of the best sellers a little later on but I definitely love the formula! Also, that makes me wonder if the essence palettes will be on their way out here in the US too. 👀

Your hair cut looks cute but why did you cut your hair? You had the most beautiful long hair. I would have loved to have that kind of hair.
The hairdresser ended up cutting off a lot more than I wanted. 😭 I had asked her to cut off like 6 inches and it ended up being closer to 10 or 11.
