    You are so awesome! I did synchronize swimming in my school days. Think I’m going to start practicing your technique. Thank you for sharing

      @@KristinaMakushenko how you stay on the bottom. Never thought of only letting out enough air from my lungs to sink and use the rest of my air to do the routine.

    I love the way you look when you dance underwater, very graceful and alluring, would love to see more in the deep end too, one key thing to remember to tell people is body type also affects how easily someone sinks, you are in great shape and toned and thats what helps you to sink easily as well as letting out air

    You're an absolute queen. What an amazing niche. I first saw you in an amazing TikTok video with 11.1M views (I like to think I was the 11.11 viewer). You deserve every bit of your Likes and Followers. I began trying to learn Russian about two months ago with serious commitment this time. You're simply amazing.

    Awesome tutorial, your underwater skills are second to none. Very well done. Just out of curiosity, how long do you think you can exhale underwater from a full breath of air? Lol

  • @incognitech3593
    @incognitech3593 16 днів тому

    Yes it's possible to sink on pool water with empty lungs tecnique until you beat your bouyancy. But it also depends by fat percentage, fat floats, it's hard to beat bouyancy even if you empty lungs 80% like you are skinny so it's enough to sink like a gorgeous stone. Anyway i found some pools where you sink easily than others so i think pool water (chlorine, density, etc) also make a difference.

    You are so friggin cute😍😍 and I'm so glad you did this video cuz so many people say they just sink in the water and I'm like well you must be dead and have no air in your lungs🤦🏼‍♀️ and allot of others thinks you use weights this video just shows how talented you really are🥰🥰🥰

    • @KristinaMakushenko
      @KristinaMakushenko  Рік тому

      Exactly!!! I demonstrated here all different ways people think I do )))
      With just breath (no way u stay down) exhale completely (can’t last long at all) which other topics should I bring to attention in my next UA-cam video ?🙂🙂

    Are you ever concerned with getting swb from breath holding?

  • @mohamedemad7469
    @mohamedemad7469 Рік тому +1

    Thats really nice , so iam confused , are you taking just 20% of your breath or 80% while going down?
    You said you have 45 seconds
    You mean 45 seconds with only 20% left? Or 80 😅

    Was that a vinyl skirt you were wearing underwater?

  • @myotiswii
    @myotiswii Рік тому

    It makes no sense to exhale mostly. Just get a very slim weightbelt with like 3 kilos and you are good. It makes you able to stay underwater comfortably way longer.

    Very interesting video and u’re supa funny and fresh ! And talented! We can figure out the practice behind
    But as for me I’m pretty sure that if I exhale 80% of the air I would last no more than 10sec under water 🤣🤣🤣
    Hope to see more vid like this!
    Ps:u have amazing endless legs
