For right supplies please refer to my video - from where to buy nailart stuff. For sticking nail tips use nail glue. Builder and hard gels are used to provide structure to nail.
I hope you are curing it for 60 seconds. If it's not curing in 60 then try for 90 sec. If it's a builder gel in bottle it takes 90 sec to cure. Also , check if your gel polishes are being cured in the lamp or not , if not then it's time to change the lamp.

Actually i use sun lamp and gel is of ibd and I tried for 120 watts also but nai hota cute so I asked to shopkeeper so they said ki sun ke lamp mai nai hota shills and ibd brand ka builder gel cute and aapko shills ka uv lamp lena padega 48 wats ka hi

Ask for hard jelly gel and keep it in room with low temperature. Keep the fan on always. Switch on AC while working with it . Humidity and heat in the environment also effects the consistency of the product.

If it's not getting dry , try curing it for 90 sec in 48w lamp. 120 sec for 36/24 watt lamp.

Which gel is more long-lasting?
Builder gel for short to medium length nails. For long and extra long nails hard gel is used but acrylics are best.
